@ToeTips Great! Just tag me in the unlisted post and I can get to work. (Also, this does not have to be for this three, you can ask me anytime for reshaded thumbnails)
@MisterT Also my Normandy map is not compatible with the new update it seems - it shows a number of errors messages and refuses to allow me to enable the mod
@UssrLENIN I have updated mine - Its still in beta I think. They showed in the post how to change to the beta public test version. I know they said they said they fully released the update, but for me the only version with the new stuff is "SimplePlanes [public-test]"
@WNP78 Being the funky tree master, is there any way we can get a variable for whether the player is locked by the enemy or not? It would be amazing to have it for modern aircraft radars, or maybe even automatic flare lanchers!
I can garuntee to all the mobile users that the new switch types and lever types are amazing! Exactly what I have always wanted - this will improve the realism of cockpits. Bit sad this is the last update though. Not to worry, this was a wonderful game and I will continue to play it with the same vigour. I hope others will feel the same. Who knows, maybe down the track Jundroo will remember us again and send us a little update, or even better, make SimplePlanes 2!
@UssrLENIN {} is used for funky trees in places it would not normally be put. Such as text labels, it is expexting words but you want to put code so before and after your code you put {}
@CAS6041 I believe it is possible. There is a way to attach a detacher to a rocket so that when you fire the rocket, it stays connected. Attaching the seat as well. Then make the input of the detacher {FireWeapon}. I will experiment a bit and get back to you.
@PlaneFlightX Yeah I would! Here is the plane to test. The cockpit is not fully completed, but I need to know if the distance on basic controls are correct. https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/rlyua8/Fifth-Gen-fighter-jet
I need a button in the cockpit (IDENT) to make a text label with the ATC transponder code flash.
1. How do I do this without an activation group used?
2. How do I make text flash green to yellow to green and so on until IDENT button disabled?
@WinsWings Sorry for late reply, only just saw your comment. Yes they did have countermeasures (Chaffs) in WW2. In this plane, everything is accurate to the era, as far as I know.
@beenz @Toetips The screenshots are using Reshader app, a real-time graphics enhancer in-game. It takes a bit of skill to use because it allows you to add different effects (from a list of hundreds) and knowing what to use and when is important. Also setting the simpleplanes environment is important. The 3D ocean is a mod by Gestour. Click here to access it. Combine those and you get the pictures above.
@WinsWings as this is an updated version of my previously made airplane, it is not a successor. Is this still valid in your WWII Jet fighter challenge?
SP tail wings automatically have trim adjusting. Just add a dummy rotor that uses trim to activate the trim wheel controls and then you can trim the aicraft to stop pitching up.
@ToeTips Great! Just tag me in the unlisted post and I can get to work. (Also, this does not have to be for this three, you can ask me anytime for reshaded thumbnails)
Would you like some reshaded images? I have recently been experimenting with a new style
@MisterT Also my Normandy map is not compatible with the new update it seems - it shows a number of errors messages and refuses to allow me to enable the mod

+1@UssrLENIN Maybe it is only available for PC players rn?
@UssrLENIN I have updated mine - Its still in beta I think. They showed in the post how to change to the beta public test version. I know they said they said they fully released the update, but for me the only version with the new stuff is "SimplePlanes [public-test]"
@AndrewGarrison The Fine tuner and delete button bugs are fixed, thank you.
@WADA Yeah sure anytime. I just recently fixed and updated my reshader.
Nice! If you ever need screenshots I can also do them

+2Play on, Comrades!
@AndrewGarrison
Bug
In the beta release, the delete button, fine tuner and parts position editors do not work.

+1@UssrLENIN Sorry I couldn't get to it. Intended to do it today, but had a lot of stuff to do before
+1@Pilotgoose We are all suckers for comments on our posts
@UssrLENIN {} is used for funky trees in places it would not normally be put. Such as text labels, it is expexting words but you want to put code so before and after your code you put {}
@UssrLENIN Sure if you want. Of course I could do it too...
Wow all your aircraft are really good
@CAS6041 Here is what my experiments brought forth. https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/bd5T8c/Aircraft-Rocket-Powered-Detacher-Seat
@CAS6041 Also to make someone aware you are asking them you write @ then the name

+1@UssrLENIN I'll tag you if you agree.
@UssrLENIN Could you try actually testing it in the actual plane?
@UssrLENIN Sorry but it didn't work.
@WinsWings Thank you
Wow congratulations everyone! Thanks @WinsWings for organising these always amazing challanges.

They are really nice well done
What map did you use for the screenshot, and how did you edit them? reshader or other?
@StarFlight1001 PSM stands for Post Stall Maneuverability.
+2@WinsWings Hey, when will your challenge results be posted? I can't wait
+1@UssrLENIN Just ask me I can do quality thumbnails for you anytime.

+1Nice well done!
@WinsWings Nice I can't wait
+1Can I submit this from another challenge? https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/sdF7Qi/Diamond-D-Jet-Regional-Aircraft-Challenge
My submission: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/9IU318/WWII-Heinkel-He-280
