Can anyone help me test out planes in SP vr? This is my fist time so i dont know the distances.

Well ,the distance is optimally under 0.9 metres (in vr reach)
I don't, but there's the menu thing called 'VR Reach info' which determines the distance between the selected part and the pilot camera
