so sp props are kinda goofy funky and dont really act like real ones so you have to cheat with ft a little bit. the only reason prop ww2 aircraft didnt reach mach 1 was because props lose thrust as speed increases (jet engines do not).

early jet engines like those on the me 262 actually had less takeoff (low speed) thrust than a propeller aircraft like the 190, which is why the me 262 has a longer takeoff roll than usual props even though it had a far higher top speed

pitch input decreasing with speed is realistic anyway since the turn ability of the 109 at higher speeds is literally how strong the pilot is
