Auto-aim turrets (like ships) has rotators with special inputs that what the community call Funky Trees.
However you may want to see SenSkysh's auto-aim turret post, copy the codes and use it, it's free use.
I dunno if the 96/7 rule will be voided into future 'maintenance' patches on SP1 or in base SP2. Probably hard to cope with when having a lotta designs in paper and in mind.
