In relation to Mig-29 Jester, I understand that you mean Ace Combat. Unfortunately I haven't played it and I don't know how it behaves. But I have tried the DCS Su-27 and I like it better in that style. However, I recognize that you can add some magic to make it a bit more maneuverable, but it is preferable not to overdo it.
I recognize that at first my planes sinned from being very maneuverable, extraordinarily. But that was not realistic. Some colleagues in the game told me many times. At first I did not appreciate it but now I understand that it is interesting in a game like this to have limits for physics in airplanes. Maybe someday the developers will implement it in some way, with a G force meter, or indications in an integrated Hud.
Anyway, I will create a video to better explain the map that will fly, so you can better adapt to the type of mission ;-)

@Armyguy1534 I will fly them myself. It is an unpublished map. For this I will follow the flight plan that will be published with the mission. There is a predefined route with checkpoints. The naval attack simulates a real attack on frigates similar to that of the Falklands War.
