@ACEPILOT109 Thank you! I build quite a lot, but I just don't post that much. I have a couple more interesting things laying around in storage on this computer and two others that I cannot access right now. I've been playing for a little over four years, so I probably should be pretty good. My profile says 3.5 but I started playing a while before making an account on this site. I started in 1.4.
@ChiChiWerx Thanks for helping me out! I don't think I'll be able to find the speed that the 757 begins to lower it's nose after the touchdown though. I'll look around. Do you fly airliners? (BTW I also added a system that increases the aircraft's landing speed when at higher altitude, since the IAS didn't work right for me.)
@ChiChiWerx Yes, I am aware. But when the readout at the bottom says mph, I'm not going to correct it to knots. Interestingly, the Cessna that I train in has MPH and Knots marked. Yes, I do stick to knots, but I could use MPH as well. I guess you would know more than me lol
@exosuit I'm going to head for the I7-9750 and I might as well grab some more RAM while I can, for a 12GB or 16GB computer that can run other things besides just SP lol
@Zoowarp something with full interior, full cockpit, no expense spared, full ground vehicle support, detailed seats, insane livery like that Pokemon plane, etc. I tried to do that here, but I ran out of computer power. It's even possible to do details like all the panels in the fuselage and wings. You could probably do even crazier stuff like fuselage flex under load, wing chord twist under rolling stress, soft body physics integration, and an absolute TON of funky trees controlling all the aircraft's systems, fly by wire, heading hold autopilot, vertical climb autopilot, altitude hold autopilot, and I ton more outside detail like A/C packs, RAT, pitot tubes, spinning jet engines with fuselage blades, etc. It could be amazing, but it would take months to build.
This is very nice! Two things I think need improvement though, are the nose shape and the use of piston propellers in the jet engines. The cockpit is very good! @QingyuZhou
@XAircraftManufacturer I will definitely post a version with the lowest part count, likely around 600-700, for mobile. Wing are about 180 each, nose is about 250, windows around 90, and other details probably a couple hundred more, including paint scheme (btw, which airline do you suggest?).
@Giantwhale Mirage INC is not designing any new aircraft at this point, but we will see what we have to offer you. We do have some aircraft in that seating capacity range pre-built.
@Obtheplanedestroyer Should be easily possible with funky trees. Fortunately, the system cannot break, since the game computes AOA without need for a sensor.
Is this method still used since we have hollow fuse blocks? I sometimes use it because of the annoying hitbox on hollow fuse blocks. Pieces should be able to pass through them and clicking the hollow part shouldn't have you select the thing itself. I hope the devs fix this in 1.10.
@ForeverPie Kinda funny that airbus' real main project was to develop an aircraft with only two engines, to compete with the efficiency of other aircraft. Then a few years later, they took that exact same fuselage design and slapped four engines on it. And I think the a340-600 with 2 engines (a330-400?) Would be a lot better of a seller.
BTW, what kind of funky trees did you use in this plane?
@ForeverPie I'm working on an aircraft inspired by this one. I think I might just remember this from a whole bunch of years ago (I played the game for about 1/2 a year before making an account) anyway, Here's the link. Please let me know what you think.
Interestingly, the Boeing 757's fuselage is not the same height all the way through. After the wingbox, it increases in thickness slightly, although it is hard to tell because it only increases downward. I haven't seen any other 757s on this site that have this.
@Thelionslipstonight I'm making a couple updates to this one, including proper length and wings, but probably no mobile version. I'll give you a version with no windows and details though. Might take a little while.

@ChiChiWerx haha lol so I got it right
@P0TET0Z 880

@QingyuZhou Okay, thank you very much.

@QingyuZhou Is there a thing called simpleplanes masterchat? If so, could you give me a little more details?
@chigbu I don't think jundroo is a billion dollar company
@asteroidbook345 @QingyuZhou What happened to TSAD? Is there another group like it? If so, how do I get in?
@ChiChiWerx I haven't programmed that in, but yes it will. I'll probably link it to a speed, like 140 mph or so.
@jamesPLANESii Yup it's all automatic
@ACEPILOT109 @QingyuZhou Thank you!
@asteroidbook345 oh cool
@CRJ900Pilot @Armyguy1534 Thanks!
@asteroidbook345 if you put two asterisks around text though, it becomes this
@randomusername Thank you!
@exosuit I'm going to head for the I7-9750 and I might as well grab some more RAM while I can, for a 12GB or 16GB computer that can run other things besides just SP lol
@F104Deathtrap You too
@Zoowarp @exosuit @spefyjerbf Thank you all for your help!
now all I gotta do is save 1,000 dollars RIP

@exosuit how much RAM do you use when running large aircraft? I'm trying to decide if I will need 12GB or 16GB.
@Zoowarp Thank you! I'll be graduating from high school in May 2021 and then I'll be able to make 10,000 part aircraft!
@Zoowarp my budget is $1000. I was looking at this computer.
This is very nice! Two things I think need improvement though, are the nose shape and the use of piston propellers in the jet engines. The cockpit is very good! @QingyuZhou
@EternalDarkness Wow I feel dumb now
@ChisP I could really use some help. I've been trying for about two hours, and haven't gotten anywhere with the wing panelling.

@XAircraftManufacturer I'm aiming for either 757 parts or 1757 parts.
@Diloph Thank you!
@ChisP Alright. I'll try it and see what happens. but that's quite hard for me.
@DuckPak @Diloph @LeonardoEngineering
Since you guys liked the last one, maybe you'll enjoy this one too.
@asteroidbook345 Thank you, glad you like it!
@SouthTunnel2 Thanks! I've been getting a lot better at this ever since my 737 wing post a few months ago.
@Suubk27 Looks good but I'd definitely suggest using hollow fuselage blocks
@ForeverPie
@QingyuZhou
@TheCreatorandDestroyer99
This design is almost 100% blueprint accurate. It should be the most accurate 757 wing on the site, apart from the outboard spoilers.
@Giantwhale Mirage INC is not designing any new aircraft at this point, but we will see what we have to offer you. We do have some aircraft in that seating capacity range pre-built.
Looks good
@ChisP and 300 feet wide lol
@QingyuZhou Since you're online now, and if you're not too busy, would you mind checking out this and this?
They are my latest project.
@Obtheplanedestroyer Should be easily possible with funky trees. Fortunately, the system cannot break, since the game computes AOA without need for a sensor.

@ACEPILOT109 its the furthest date from Christmas

@ForeverPie Are you Still around?
@QingyuZhou still doing a little bit of optimization in between school work, sorry for the delay.
One thousand downloads! Thank you all!
