@HeatedWafflez change the part name Wing-3 to Wing-2 after building the wing normally.
To further improve it build your large wings using small sections
There are 2 ways:
1. Have 2 fuel tanks nudged into the same place, one with positive and one with negative fuel
2. Mass scale appropriately

@merasmusthewizard if you press the rotate button 6 icons will pop out. 3 of them can do your required function. The other 3 are for rotating parts.
