Possible with FT, I recently discovered a way to activate something when a weapon is launched/dropped, like deployable winglets on cruise missile. The code is ammo("name of the weapon")=0. What this does is it activates a thing when a weapon count reaches 0. If there's 2 of them, you put 1 on the first ordinance dropped, and then 0 on the second. If there's 3, you put 2 on 1st, put 1 on 2nd, and put 0 on 3rd, and so on.

Again, possible with FT. I think the code is smooth(input, value). I've seen some people do it.

About damage, it's just like in any other games. If a bullet does 20 damage and one bullet hit a single part, then that part would have 80 health.
About spread, it's kind of hard to calculate, so just put random numbers. the base spread is pretty accurate, so you either make it less accurate, or more accurate. You don't calculate it, you use feelings.
As for impactForce, I'm not sure. But then again, remembering that SP uses metrics as base unit, I think it might be in kilojoules, not sure.
you can either:
1. tune up the "max" value
This will make slower accelerations, but it also makes the engine much stronger.
2. add a "throttleResponse" in the "Engine" section, and put a number below 1.
This will make the acceleration slower, and it doesn't make the engine stronger.

roundsPerSecond: self explanatory, how many rounds are fired from the gun. In seconds.
spread: the spread of the gun. Unit is unknown.
damage: Damage given to a part for each bullet. Base value is 30.
impactForce: the force caused by the impact of each bullet.
tracerColor: the color of the tracer in the bullet.
Not to be rude or anything, but I'm not sure you could if your effort is just that...
Tip:
Use custom screenshots, it'll attract more people. Do it well, and you're pretty much good.
