So we've got the anserw. Now just not to break SP when experimenting with missiles (it happened to me and I had to reinstall SP, the missile mirrored 100x and the game kept crashing)
@NexusGaming I just got to start research and wow, AIM-95 doesn't really have specifications. I found a photo of the missile next to a pilot, so I will just assume he's 180cm (around 6ft) and start from that
My record was 40-something the night after I posted the Cleaver missile when it still wasn't available in the part menu.

Use structural wings, not the standard wings, and edit them to have control surfaces. The are not wobbly and are stronger.

+1@Pianoman well, you can take armor from my ship's guns. It has 400 health, can resist 2 rockets. But guns damage it like every other part.
+1Well, you can also use rockets as a gun, and change health of parts, so it may handle rockets. Just like a normal mecha can.
