The markdown for the vessels is 5-50%, or approximately $400,000-$4,000,000, putting it in my price range with the available financing options. Further, it is technically a legal obligation that these transfers and/or sales are continued under Article II of the MDT, and funding for the program stateside is already provided for under this year’s annual appropriations in the NDAA section 1263. I am very displeased with customer service.

2: What events truly kicked off the war? When did both sides realize “Oh snap, we’re in a shooting war.”
3: What exact date and time (preferably with local and Zulu if possible) did the war begin?
