I would consider parachutes a bit unnecessary for a glide bomb... Also, I think a standard 1st person view camera on the glide bomb might be more helpful for aiming...
This doesn't really resemble a Seraph-class... A Seraph class had smaller, quicker-firing guns, and two fixed-forward-firing fusion beams, while the Vindicta seems to be designed as a heavy bombardment vessel, with the engine/ reactor nancelles and the bridge being the only parts of an original Seraph. If anything, this class of dreadnought should be named along the lines of "Fallen Angel" or "Lucifer", given it's a complete overhaul of a Seraph-class, with an entirely new weapon pack to boot.
@Ephwurd Well, that depends on the setting and where the ships are deployed. A continuum freighter operating on the outskirts might need more firepower and armor than those in the core systems, and I'm not sure whether an atmospheric transport operating in, say, New Portum would need to be designed with combat in mind... Jetliners are also large targets, but since they mostly fly in safe places, there isn't much need to make them a smaller target, and bonus points for you're not going to get the cargo if you shoot anything down in atmosphere - the cargo will simply fall with the wrecked plane and become a splattered pile of trash - something you would not benefit from.
@Ephwurd A freighter is never meant to stay in combat... This a cargo hauler, not a fighter or bomber, they do not need to be designed with those aspects in mind (jetliners, for example, do have a larger silhouette than a bomber of a comparative size, but their comfort and stability is something the bomber won't achieve)
Quote from Galaxy on Fire 2: "It's also advisable to secure all cargo and avoid carrying livestock with this upgrde."... I have to say this cargo hauler is quite maneuverable for a non-ANGRAV ship of its size, and I'm now thinking about naming the missile launchers "Silver Weaver", thanks to the smoke trail of those quick-firing missile swarms.
@KeemstarPlanes Lagging... My phone also had problems with that... Running on high physics will fry my phone if the part count exceeds 120 with everything else turned to "low" and "off", but low physics would allow me to turn everything on high and run a 400-part with minimal lag (That said, I need to make sure my builds would also work on high physics, soo... I don't really want to make detailed stuff).
By the way, have you seen my gun challenge entry? I need to know whether it needs further modifications or not.
Just saying, but I do have a feeling that those bomb-launchers on the sides ( Cataclysm X17 ) came from a builder named @spefyjerbf, and I think the original creator should be given credit for his designs...
@JakeTheDogg There is another one, GAMF-01 "Phoebe" unit, the predecessor (and presumably an elder sister) of the GAMF-02A "Camille", created by the very same Lumian300 and got almost deleted by those overly zealous control freaks.
@KingPanzerVIII I searched the internet, and didn't find anything matching the name of the character... Is it a fan project, or is the build misnamed? I want to get the name of the original anime/manga, it's just too cool to be ignored.
@Maxwell1 In the movies, not in real life (other than overhearing the radio communication, which might or might not be useful since GAMF units are supposed to be sentient AIs). But... having an overpowered character will usually break the plot (unless it's meant to be a comedy series), soo... having the main character getting her suit hacked and need to fight on foot with traditional guns would make a better plot.
@realluochen9999 Instead of a "Mad Cat" with only this certain catgirl, how about a KanColle/Azur Lane-esq game with all GAMF units, reaching back from the "Phoebe" experimental unit, and have the name along the lines of "Mecha Girls"? Anyways, I wish Lumian3000 could continue the GAMF series in the future, and I also wish someone make an anime/game out of those characters, they are just that awesome.
@Maxwell1 You mean "Information Warfare"? Well, I'd say "good luck hacking air-gapped units", since all methods of breaching those systems requires having the target system corrupted and send the signal through morse with their lights or through ultra/infrasound. If a unit is not corrupted/hacked to begin with, it's very hard to deactivate them with hacking only - unless you can put an undercover agent as the engineer of the enemy forces, and destroy them from within.
@Maxwell1 Well, no protection against the elements indeed... I think the Russians will stick to heavier mecha units anyways... These designs are mostly scout/patrol units that does not need to take heavy damage, while front line units should look closer to War Machine from Marvel Cinematics Universe...
@Kangarog Sorry, I didn't know that much about cold war bombers and fighters... Although I will consider Tu-128 design itself as less than efficient, given its bomber-grade fuel consumption, and a weapon load less than a typical fighter...
I have to say that you should make this plane even better than it currently is via XML modeling: i.e. Extend the Cleaver using the same activation group that activates the missile, just to prevent accidents (I accidentally dropped bombs before opening my bomb bay once, so...)
I'm now testing remote-kill weapons (originally designed to take out bridges and naval ships without anyone noticing), heavy duty bombs that are designed be air dropped into the swarm, and detonated from a remote location outside any retaliatory fire. Although the background story in my builds have not featured any "war on worms" stuff yet, I do keep an eye on the multiverse, and know how to effectively counter them without even modifying my current arsenal.
@daygus11 Birds cannot eat through metal... I mean, given those worms seemed to infest steam boilers and aircraft fuselages, then turn those mechanical parts into their offsprings, it is safe to say such abominations are metallic. If those things are indeed metallic, the only "birds" that could fight the worms also needs to be metallic ones - i.e. fighters and bombers, each with AP bullets in their chamber and HE bombs on their racks. I think that's how we should deal with those worms.
@Mainblocks Well, my phone could not run anything with more than 600 parts even on low physics (and anything more than 120 on high), so...
@Zharapparbyell Colors, the shape of the plane, and the amount of details are all different from your usual style, so...
Not bad, but seeing something wayyyy out of the normal artstyle gives me a wierd feeling...
The nose reminded me of the ill-fated Tu-144...
This thing is... beautiful...
Nice job! But I'd rather have a large inferno missile without the need for a seperate engine...
I would consider parachutes a bit unnecessary for a glide bomb... Also, I think a standard 1st person view camera on the glide bomb might be more helpful for aiming...
The cockpit somehow resembles a B-29...
Steering wheel on the right hand side... Where are you from?
@Zharapparbyell Sorry for the confusion... It's just my way of describing this type of "floating" turret... Also, where are you from?
Well, technically speaking, spefyjerbf had built something similar eons ago, but that's the only other instance to see maglev turrets
Who's Joseph? Is he a long forgotten brother or a descendant of Keith, the ace fighter pilot?
Not bad, but I'd suggest not using the piston-based recoil mechanism on weapons with low firing rates. Other than this, nice build!
@KeemstarPlanes Ok, I'll start my lore-writing, plane/boat/weapon-uploading spree from now on.
@KeemstarPlanes Done what?

How did you make the silhouette on the upper picture? It's just amazing...

Could anyone please tell me why does the propeller hubs look like this, or is this based on a real plane?

Found a stolen pair of Cataclysm Artillery pieces welded to a React Cannon Rc1, what should I do?
Could you please turn on the aircraft reflections the next time you upload? It feel weird to see a plane presented without all those reflections.

Flies extremely stable, nice handling, perfect build!
Not bad, but try to cram more bombs and missiles on the plane when building bombers
@KeemstarPlanes Ok thanks! My phone will fry if I get to 20 guns anyways
@KeemstarPlanes Am I allowed to house those weapons in turrets, or should we build gun pods?
Jet engines... Airwolf, anyone?
IS this supposed to be a light freighter? Looks like one anyways...
@mikoyanster I meant the default rocket pod when using the word "Vanilla", sorry for causing any confusion!
What's the difference between the two rocket pods, and between the vanilla rocket pod?
That hood ornament looks awesome!
All hail technology! (Can this rocket land like the real one?)

Is this meant to be an Oerlikon cannon?

No, Sponge! Sponge! SPONGE!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
I have to say your designs somehow reminded me of spefyjerbf 's... Good job!
The color of Terran Space Fleet in GOF2... Reminded me of the old Cormorant of yours... Great build!
Annular Wing... I thought it's an Alcubierre drive... Still, Perfect Build!
