SO-I Stal'noy Orel

6,474 Zharapparbyell  6.1 years ago

The SO-I Stal'noy Orel was done just out of curiosity; I always wanted to build a WWII plane. It is a fictional warplane that I made, joining my knowledge of the plans of the time, I chose the USSR as their home country, because it is what I think best adapts to their appearance, it is also compatible with mobile devices.
It has 4 automatic 12.7 mm machine guns.
For better flight performance, follow the manual below:
- First place the TRIM all the way down - Group 1 to ignite and accelerate at maximum, so that the airplane picks it off Alone, then adjust the TRIM as needed.
-Group 2 for the landing lights.
-Group 3 for the navigation lights.
-Brake to lower the Flaps.
Remember, this project has no connection with the true purpose of Zharapparbyell Industries, it is only a Special. Comment on what you think of this project and make upvote too, enjoy and see my other projects, I think you'll like some of them. tips and ideas to improve my projects are always welcome.
Sorry for my English
Note: For best performance on mobile devices, place the quality settings in Medium.

Yes they did! It’s someyhing a lot of people overlook but the difference between those is that they weren’t blink lights (most of the time at least). WWII aircraft also had landing lights and in some aircraft, the green navigation light was blue. @Zharapparbyell

Oh and I forgot. You need to put that CoM further from the CoL to make it fly better and without the jitters

This plane looks really great and flies pretty nice too. The one thing is that the wing machine guns are too centred and since you can’t make synchronised MGs that aren’t right up close to the prop, it shoots out the engine. Nice job otherwise!

I understood, you're right. I also found it strange to build something like that, but that's the goal, to get out of the normal a bit @ThomasRoderick

@Zharapparbyell Colors, the shape of the plane, and the amount of details are all different from your usual style, so...
