@LotterCrafts Thanks a lot! By the way, what are the tech-level limitations? Should we stick with (more or less) current technology (rockets, jets, and kinetic/explosive weapons), or we are allowed to use things like plasma cannons, FTL drives (or at least, drives that works with the principles of an FTL drive regardless of actual speed), energy shields, retractor beams, or even repair nanites? And finally, is a player restricted to building for only one side, or can the player build for both sides?
@LotterCrafts So... does "closed cockpit" mean "The cockpit must at least looks like a sealed one", or "it must be completely sealed in-game"? I'm not asking this question for myself, for most detailing would fry my (potato of a) phone to a crisp anyway, but many more detailed platinum builds do seem to have at least some simulations for a cockpit without using the glass mod. That said, I'm also asking this for that I'm wondering who will be idiotic enough to bring a WWI biplane to a war in solar orbit...
Technically speaking, this is not a helicopter due to its lack of rotors... It should be considered as a tiltjet, given the wingtip engines. On the same vein, I'm quite sure this thing have more than two engines, given the amount of intakes and nozzles...
@IisFailing The cannon is the point, but the cannon got a bit too heavy... The engines are a bit weaker than the other twin-engine plane with a monster cannon (700 hp compared to 1,700 hp of the B-25 Mitchell), so...
This thing's abit heavy and unwieldy - especially at high altitudes, perhaps not too much of an issue for its given role as a bomber-hunter. Also, why is this plane this heavy?
Soooo... In this AU, WWII is caused by the revolution in Russia of that universe? Also, I assume that revolution happened 20 years later than in real-life?
@DeathStalker627 I know I'm never gonna build anything as awesome, but what I'm thinking is someone actually making variants of the this chassis with different weapon loadouts...
An IFV that cannot carry troops, but a huge cannon and a bunch of ATGMs? I assume those are closer to mobile gun systems and/or tank destroyers... (As in the Stryker variants)
"please make sure the bays are open when launching, AG1, otherwise big badaboom" How about making sure that they are sharing the same activation group?
@SledDriver Sorry I forgot to type in the latter half of the comment... It was meant to be ".Quite sure...imginary, it is a great build. As for the design, it's not a bad derivative." As what you've just said is pretty much what I was thinking about as well.
Quite sure real-world RQ-4s are unarmed and have longer wings, but given the nature of this build - something that is loosely based on real-world designs, yet futuristic and imaginary.
@EliteArsenals24 I meant "that variant will not be uploaded within the bundle", not "I'm going to abandon the project". The long range AA and AT missile pods were already in testing phase, and it will be only a matter of time before I start to lob mortar bombs out of this thing. Some other designs will include energy shielding against missiles (with a variant that will help ramming), a manually controlled missile that is powered by standard rockets, and perhaps some other missile racks and artillery pieces to top it off.
By the way, are turrets acceptable builds?
Are weapons with 100+ ammunition (all separate) allowed? I'm currently making a
universal missile pod/launch tube set, and one of the variants is a "metal storm"-esq launcher stuffed with 108 individual rockets (modified to have a 40mm grenade level range plus the fire rate of around 800 shots per second, the physical limit of projectile weapons in-game)

@Irobert55 And cargo transports, I assume? Also, what does closed cockpits mean?

@WDRoosevelt Cool!
@IisFailing Sorry for the confusion!
@IisFailing The cannon is the point, but the cannon got a bit too heavy... The engines are a bit weaker than the other twin-engine plane with a monster cannon (700 hp compared to 1,700 hp of the B-25 Mitchell), so...
@IisFailing The entire point of this plane...
@Alexiozo And they blast away at your tank/SPAAG/whatever with its monster-sized cannon as you are helpless to stop it?
@otayahiromo8211 Yup, good enough by my standards, and being capable of actually trying them without frying my phone is also a bonus
@Spitfirelad05 True...
The gun looks... Oversized... For the chassis, that is...
This thing's abit heavy and unwieldy - especially at high altitudes, perhaps not too much of an issue for its given role as a bomber-hunter. Also, why is this plane this heavy?
So... Basically a set of Schrage musik on a carrier-borne recon plane?
How many engines does this craft have? Looks like a single-engine jet to me...
Ar-234C?
B-58 Hustler?
Soooo... In this AU, WWII is caused by the revolution in Russia of that universe? Also, I assume that revolution happened 20 years later than in real-life?
why...
Just realized that the part count is particularly sinister, which does go hand in hand with the original function of this bomber...
@Mustang51 Now they do.
"Three wheels", eh?
How many woofers did you put in this car?
@DemonSniper8 I know what you mean, it's just that this vehicle had a speed more in line with regional jets than automobiles...
What type of turbo are you using? Turboshaft or turboprop? (This car is faster than pretty much any WWII piston-driven aircraft)
A car that is as fast as most WWII fighter planes...
Where does the bomb come out of?
Nice paint scheme! (I mean it looks similar to the real-life blackbird now)
Is this the craft used in the episode when the starship Yamato came under attack from the Gamillon dimensional sub?

Nice job! I just learnt a new way of XML-ing with (seemingly) infinite fuel from this car.
@AWESOMENESS360 "It's a god-awful small affair/To the girl with the mousy hair..." Sorry, wrong car and wrong color...
Cozy C... OUCH!
"please make sure the bays are open when launching, AG1, otherwise big badaboom" How about making sure that they are sharing the same activation group?
@SledDriver Meow!
@SledDriver Achoo!
How did you manage to create the recoil?
@Irobert55 Thanks!
Could anyone please explain what this is? I'm thoroughly confused by this strange construction...
Is this inspired by any real-world aircraft?
@SledDriver Sorry I forgot to type in the latter half of the comment... It was meant to be ".Quite sure...imginary, it is a great build. As for the design, it's not a bad derivative." As what you've just said is pretty much what I was thinking about as well.

@Minecraftpoweer I meant if this is supposed to be part of a replica or so...
What is this supposed to be?
When flying, Menu - Settings - Quality Settings - Aircraft Reflections
Tips: turn on aircraft reflections for best screenshot results.

I have to say that this specific placement of ammunition looks a bit... suggestive...
