I honestly have no idea what upgrades she's given herself whilst leading the NMR, with the exception of some laser cannons built to destroy the Sirens and those two daggers she brandishes, and she has actually defeated A-40Bs in a 3v1 dogfight before (albeit none of the Havoc IIs were destroyed, but damaged and forced to land). Furthermore, experience is probably going to be her most important edge, with the original Flying T-34 predating even the M-War which the TNP originated from (to be exact, the M-War officially began on 3/15/24, Takusha's first iteration was released on 3/9/24). wouldn't could out the good 'ol Flying T-34 yet.
However, I wouldn't get our hopes up either. Takusha might have the experience, but fighting style is another issue, so more than likely this will be a stalemate with both sides badly damaged. As for the possessed tanks, they're gonna have to go through heck and back. If the drone swarm doesn't scare you, the T-59 will. Mitchell may also participate as well, but rumor has it he hasn't received many upgrades.

Oh no, you misunderstand. The Thermonuclear Psychopath is an evil entity against all beings. The only reason he didn't attack your tanks is because they're significantly harder to find, with most being destroyed, captured, or still in the ravaged bunker. Just send a few waves, and I guarantee this guy will destroy them, or at least attack unprovoked.
And if raw power doesn't scare you, experience will. The TNP emerged during the infamous Monarchii War, he knows a thing or two about fighting.
On the bright side, we're 'boutta get one heck of a fight. Cy's tired and Ivan clearly failed to take this guy out the first time, so now we're gonna see Takusha vs TNP. Who we putting our bet on, bois?

M54A1 doesn't exist, we only built one Shrike so far, and said Shrike was the M54A1 upgraded to M54A2, so basically the world's only Shrike has been destroyed. In short terms,

Since the Tu-4 wasn't an entirely reverse-engineered copy in this universe, the Soviets had to think and innovate for themselves, leading the Tu-4 to actually become a comparable counterpart to the B-29. The issue is that literally everyone hates the Tu-4, with the only exceptions probably being;
-SR-71, he doesn't actually hate the Tu-4 in particular, but he's not really the best candidate because he trolls just the entire USSR in general
-P-39 (all of them), J2M, (all of them again) and P-47, they just inadvertently cause chaos wherever they roam because they find it amusing
-P-29, not exactly hate, but instead fear (he was nearly destroyed in Chengdu, there's a story behind that)
-Goober Patton and Priest, In all honesty they probably don't know Tu-4 exists
-Akatsiya and Centurion, they do know Tu-4 exists, but they couldn't care less
-XF-90, despite being the most common and therefore infamous interceptor of the Tu-4, he doesn't actually hate him, he just likes bugging it around
-Supermarine Attacker, again not a good candidate because he spites everyone in general
-A-20 and A-26, also not good candidates because they don't like the Tu-4, but I wouldn't consider it to the utter hatred level.
