@JSTQ Right now, anywhere that isn't Yeager or Snowstone, though you might wanna avoid Skypark too...
If Wright and Bandit are too little to work with, you could always be a vagabond group or a have a "beyond the horizon" location that isn't included in SP. Plus, the Reformists will probably set up bases and camps on Snowstone as the war goes on.
@Monarchii Don't worry it's a not another one
I just realized I can call the R2Y2 that because it is, in fact, younger than me (since it first appeared in War Thunder in 2013)
Modern Warships mentioned :OOOO
In all seriousness... I dunno, I build planes and sometimes tanks, but ships are a mystery to even me. Reminder that my most successful naval vessels are a tank born from a joke, a seaplane that's barely even a seaplane, and a raft whose name literally resulted in the acronym "TRASH"
@Monarchii Eh don't worry about making weapons for the Reformists mate, 'member I already made a plane for them even though I'm supporting the Loyalists lol
@SuperSuperTheSylph Ahh a Rafale perfaps?
As for balancing tips...
Just don't make the armor and weapons too much. As for flight performance, just to what feels right.
@LunarEclipseSP Thanks :D
Also the Yamato may return (I started building a recovery vehicle, may not finish it before the M-War II but let's pretend I did lol)
@Monarchii Yea le J2M is definitely a fave, dare I say an unspoken legend
Actually just got the J2M5 today though (the 20mm one), now have 3/6 planes in Rank IV.
@Monarchii I made egg planes in my early days, they were funny but they flew like bricks lol
Wait a minute
B-17 + 23 = YB-40
B-29 + 23 = YB-52
Gunship B-29 with jet engines
@LunarEclipseSP I very much plan to.
I'm gonna make a list of the M-War II inventory soon, so if you want to compile any/all ships you want used, you can put 'em there!
@JSTQ Eh the last M-War lasted for three months with minimal coordination, and I think either the TB-War or S-War (including its derivatives) reached or exceeded a month, with all this planning the M-War II won't be swift.
@JSTQ Ah that's fair
However, if it helps, there are some things that could level the playing field
If I'm correct, you support the Reformists, and although seemingly outmatched in the power area, they'll likely receive a lot of weapons in the coming future
I should mention something though: The T-3 may be able to participate so long that its weaponry were to be nerfed or removed to a reasonable degree. The only issue with that being it would essentially deprive the aircraft of its purpose. Take for example, the A-40B almost received an unarmed reconnaissance variant to allow it to keep serving following the Anti-OP/Meme Treaty, but I decided against it since that's not what the A-40 was made for. After all, these aircraft were literally born to be as overpowered as possible.
@TheMouse Ngl I though it actually was Graingy at first lol
I wonder if I should change my profile picture? It's literally been the same for over a year now XD
@JSTQ Oh OK
Also just saw the other part of the comment;
Battlefield settings very well may require VTOL, there are only two runways on each island and the Reformists are gonna have to fight for one. Until they succeed in that, they'll definitely need VTOL aircraft. As for the Loyalists and co., VTOL will just be helpful to allow similar or identical versatility to that of the Reformist aircraft.
@JSTQ Ah about that...
This war probably won't have world destroyers like T-3, Skywolf, A-40D, etc... at least not on the frontline.
They'll more likely be defensive interceptors, take for example, the A-40B following the Anti-OP/Meme Treaty of the original M-War was taken from the frontlines, but remained active at the MGLA HQ to defend against attack... except they just sat around and looked intimidating when the actual attack came :v
@RB107 Well, yesn't...? And yes.
-You can't either M-War at the moment, as the first one has finished and the second one is under development. You can however join the feed on M-War II's development, as well as contribute if you like. My forum post on it should be my most recent post, but just in case it's not (or you just don't want to go through my lovely profile lol), here's the direct link.
-Regarding joining sides and what rules there are? Yes, if the M-War II is anything like the first one, anyone is allowed to join on whichever team they want. The rules are pretty basic and simple so far, e.g. stay civil, no instant destruction, that kinda stuff to keep things at least somewhat fair. And as for creating a new side, you absolutely can do that if you want.
@Monarchii Ehhh I mean it's possible, but I wouldn't recommend fighting a war on two fronts, especially since I'm already in the process of making the Reformists' first official M-War II weapon
@JSTQ Well, Wright is probably the best area, but Snowstone camps will work too
