@masotan15 I've always had the newest SP version, and btw, I got them working, idk what happened before but they work perfectly now.
This thing is ridiculously underrated, you did a great job!
@Speedhunter of course, not trying to ridicule your alternate universe, I just found it interesting that the territory you had your alternate Philippines control was the one that even when the US was outnumbered and outgunned, still managed to hold on to, and devastate the attacking forces.
Very bold of you to assume the Philippines could take Midway. Imperial Japan gave it all they could, and even they couldn't break the US forces guarding that atoll
aight who's not done with their stuff, that he had to push it back another week lol
also, @Mattangi2 since you did push it back, any chance I could enter a B-wing I might finish up?
@Darjeelings183 I'm probably not gonna start any new SP projects anytime soon, and to make a T-65 would mean paneling an entirely new fuselage (as the T-65 varies immensely from the T-70) as well, so basically, not anytime soon, but maybe
@switdog08 basically. Before I knew about this concept art, I didn't know the half circle engines of the T-70 actually originated before the T-65 itself
@Hedero yeah I'm pretty much gonna be taking a long break from SP, I might finish some stuff I already started, but I'm not gonna be starting anything new. I'll tag you on the 102 if you want to download that, but I'll still try to finish it, and if I fail, you're free to do whatever you want with it
@Hedero the F-102? Idk if I've got the motivation to finish that, I might try one last time to get the flight model working like it should, but if that fails, I could give you the unfinished build if you'd like?
@Plooperman idk, most of the parts are structural (engines, wing hinges, fuselage, so removing the paint job and most of the details wouldn't bring it down that much, that and last time I tried removing stuff from this ship, it messed up the flight model. I might try, but no promises
@Hedero lol there's no way I could build that fast, this was a heavily modified version of my T-70, I had to change the engines, the wings, and make a new paintjob. I also improved the flight model a bit, so you don't have that odd delay in roll input. This was around 50% done when I released the A-wing
@KnightOfRen thanks!
@Developer interesting, this craft's droid was just a last minute thing I added on, after I realized it wouldn't make sense to have BB-8 in a Rebel era fighter. Tag me on that U-wing when you release it, or if you want I can do some pre-release testing for you
@Defalt1 it really is, and I find it cool that the half circle engines that we eventually see on the T-70 actually originated with this, before A New Hope
@Strikefighter04 not something you expect to see here is it? Also, another new thing around here you missed is you can change your username, which is why I've got the name I have now
@Strikefighter04 he tried to come back, posted some odd builds, made some odder forums about having mental problems, did some strange things in a discord group I got added to out of nowhere, and then finally left
@MoonCat80 to enable custom landing gear to retract and extend with the landing gear button, download the Overload mod, select the rotor, open the menu, select the Input Control tab, and next to the "input" section, change "VTOL" to "LandingGear"
yet another amazing looking plane with a terrible flight model... seriously if you put so much effort into making it look amazing, surely you could install a good flight system?
@F104Deathtrap yeah, that's the vibe I got from the paragraph, it can also be looked at similarly to the Hurricane/Spitfire situation. The Spit, like the Corsair, was an objectively better aircraft, but deployed less, and was a less stable gun platform than the Hurricane
Part of the reason the Hellcat was more successful than the Corsair was that it was in the war longer, was deployed in greater numbers, and was much more rookie-friendly. However in skilled hands the Corsair completely outstrips it in combat capability and flight performance.
well my favorite build of mine was my T-70 X-wing, but my favorite craft on this site overall is Dipper's BTTF Delorean, which, despite being made almost 3 years ago, it still surpasses many builds made today
It's really cool how this thing can withstand several hits to the main body or cockpit, but if hit in the legs, it explodes instantly, which makes sense, the legs wouldn't be as armored. Whether that was on purpose or not, very cool!
@BusterShortWolf damn, wasn't in time, I saw your comment, said it was posted "seconds ago", thought about how I could have forgot to put that somewhere in my bio, and zoomed over to my profile to do that. Don't want a riot, do we?
@masotan15 uhh, experimental? I have my Steam account set to automatically update SP with top priority whenever a new version comes out
@masotan15 I've always had the newest SP version, and btw, I got them working, idk what happened before but they work perfectly now.
This thing is ridiculously underrated, you did a great job!
@masotan15 at what altitude do they activate? I had her down nearly to stall speed and was under 100 feet above the water and they didn't work
Just a heads up, the torpedoes don't function, it's a problem with whatever armed group xml editing that was done to them
@F104Deathtrap thank you!
+1@BusterShortWolf Hmm, if customization allows it, I might just have to give my ship a paint job like this
@barbiedeathstar the amount of upvotes and comments on this post say otherwise, wouldn't you think?
+4@Speedhunter of course, not trying to ridicule your alternate universe, I just found it interesting that the territory you had your alternate Philippines control was the one that even when the US was outnumbered and outgunned, still managed to hold on to, and devastate the attacking forces.

@Mattangi2 thanks, seems fair

@MAHADI Thanks!
@ReignSUPREME thanks, and I think this has "only 47" cause it's a bit of a recycled build
@switdog08 basically. Before I knew about this concept art, I didn't know the half circle engines of the T-70 actually originated before the T-65 itself
@asteroidbook345 exactly

@Mattangi2 here's my second entry, it has yet to be made a successor, so I figured I'd tag you here

@EternalDarkness can you make this a successor of this challenge?

think think green clean
Here's the controls for you;
@Strikefighter04 not something you expect to see here is it? Also, another new thing around here you missed is you can change your username, which is why I've got the name I have now
@Strikefighter04 remember the time someone claimed to have known Mattangiii, and claimed he was dead?
@Strikefighter04 yep, quite a rollercoaster, and the second case of an SP user lying about their identity
@BuiltBionixInd10 I remember the Worminators, and the randomusername incident made a much bigger stir in the community, imo
@Strikefighter04 he tried to come back, posted some odd builds, made some odder forums about having mental problems, did some strange things in a discord group I got added to out of nowhere, and then finally left
@Strikefighter04 were you around for part one of the randomusername drama?
Glad to see you back! Lots of stuff has happened, including quite possibly the biggest drama SP has seen
@AerialFighterSnakes thanks!
@MoonCat80 no problem!

+12I'm no counselor, and this site isn't the best place to go to for help with this kind of stuff, but what are you getting bullied for?

Looks very sleek, I like it
@Elicushman no problem, and thanks for the upvote, that's the first time a build of mine has hit 100 upvotes!
