It was pretty good. Except for the flaps. Dont make the input VTOL, cause then if you put VTOL up, you have reverse flaps. (Not fun)
Instead, use clamp(VTOL, -1, 0) as the input. Invert the controls if necessary, (it will be on one side) but this will make the flaps only go one way.

I figured it out. Its simple really. You have to have at least 2 blades on a propeller engine, and they all have to have some length greater than 0.
I am taking a look. It definitely has to do with the prop engine.
