Sorry maybe I should have put “same base model aircraft” to clear things up. And it’s not a ‘narrowed-down’ perspective - it’s too big for me to download so the only perspective I’ve got is what I can read and see in the pictures. @Dimkal
Thank you and for your interest! @WolfGrenade I see what you mean and yeah that would be functional but not realistic. In reality the launch ‘bridal’ - as it was actually called, just fell into the ocean once the aircraft was off the deck but not able to replicate that on SP. YouTube “launch and recover” and you’ll get a jolly old fellow in top hat and tails briefing you on the working of 60s CATOBAR ops (If you're into that sort of thing....)
Thanks ever so much old boy, most generous of you! Oh, undoubtedly she had a steerable nose for manoeuvring around cramped flight decks. I got it to work with a rotator buried near the hinge but it just wasn’t up to the punishment of carrier landings and kept ‘failing’ rather catastrophically. I even activated the ‘turntable’ option on the nose wheel but that seeming just mugged me clean off and couldn’t fathom out why. Just like my F4s Nose wheel I got rather perplexed and just had to abandon the idea. I’m sure a non iOS user would simply mod the parts to the ying-yang and get it to work. @GhostHTX
Thanks my good fellow glad you think so! @SakuraSaku a part on the original hadn’t mirrored across and was rather irksome so a redux was in order! @IGNikolaev and @Treadmill103 thank you gents!
Spectacular job, I think you’ve underestimated the price tag though! Even if that’s meant to be a coma 150k is ludicrously cheap - not even armoured cars the military use are that cheap. A comparable unit cost to a similar class (Royal Navy Daring class) would be in the region of £1 billion - plus change. Still, lovely job most impressive build!
Thank you! @RamboJutter I think you’ve had a v strong influence on this result so thank you again! I dont know what one does with this status except continue imitating great British aircraft!
You are far too kind to me old bean thank you! Glad to hear from you once again! I trust you’ve been watching the rugger..... nail chomping stuff for sure, gutted but at the same time I felt the result was fitting for such a match. Japan’s going to be interesting! @GhostHTX
I think your builds are definitely worth more attention by the community and I think you’ll surpass me in quick fashion quite rightly so! Out of the ol’ spotlighting abilities today but I shall return!
It looks like you’ve done most the leg work for this build so well done - try and remember who you’ve borrowed ‘whole’ working structures from in future and mention them just out of politeness. I can’t belive this has been made by a bronze user - I look forward to your next builds!
Legendary.
Very cool!
That bow is a thing of exquisite beauty!
This is magnificent stuff, lovely job!
Thank you @Thenewowenbuilder glad you think so!
Ahhhhhhh (heavenly choir of angels singing!) yup, that’s the badger! @Drummer1112
Lovely job!

Don’t get me wrong I bet you’ve put a lot of effort into this and I did read the description - I was just pointing out it’s the same aircraft. @Dimkal
Out of spotlights today but I will return! There’s not enough 146s on this site!
Very cool!
Looks v nice and has lots of detail for sure, but are these not just derivatives of the same aircraft you’ve built years ago?

Lovely stuff! Can you do 90s/80s versions?
Thanks my good fellow glad you think so! @SakuraSaku a part on the original hadn’t mirrored across and was rather irksome so a redux was in order! @IGNikolaev and @Treadmill103 thank you gents!
Make it 10BIL why not! @Hawkeye156

The broad strokes of the brush are bang on, for a first this is pretty promising!
Thanks @GhostHTX again I feel you’ve also had a big impact in that outcome. You’ve been quiet lately - I hope your not being worked to death? :)
Thank you all for your support!

Thank you @Vidal99977 very kind of you to say!
Was it mentioned why it stalled as I’m too lazy to research this? Pilot error or something else?
Very promising stuff!!

Don’t think there’s enough ‘88s on this site personally!
I also concur with @AWESOMENESS360 !
Incredible design, v graceful!
No worries! Nice job on uncommon type! @AircraftoftheRedStar

Thank you all!! @RamboJutter @ThePilotDude @Vidal99977
Definitely on my radar although I was going to morph this into a later comet (maybe comet 4) and then into a nimrod. Time permitting of course! @Alien
Thank you gentlemen! @Griffinthedragon @TMach5 @Feanor

Why can’t you download? @TheFantasticTyphoon
