Giving Aerial Cover to the Slava-ER Class Cruiser / Sending Six F/A-20 Firefly long range interceptor in groups of three to cover the ships from potential threats, each aircraft armed with 6x Short Range Missile, 4x Long Range Missile, and 1x ASCM
Question, does Semi-Dreadnought counts? a transitional design from Pre-Dreadnoughts to Dreadnoughts where the guns could be centerline single caliber but retains the multi-expansion steam machinery, ships like the French Danton Class and Italian Regina Elena Class comes into mind, and apparently Kawachi Class counts too
Man, screw accuracy, this looks bloody cool mate
.
Edit: it actually works very well, much better than any other custom rockets that i know of, the problem with accuracy can be easily avoided by flying steadily, essentially, make sure your plane is going fully straight before launching, it essentially works like how a real rocket should actually
Does Turboprop counts as mixed propulsion? Because turboprops (atleast in WW2) are made from normal jet engine, just with an extra stage to drive the propeller, technically making a plane powered by it jet and propeller powered
@zhacthemechanic why are you commenting here after 3.3 years, i don't even make cars anymore by this point
@Farewellntchii i must kill
+1Plane looked cool
.
But jeez XD
I have something brewing but sorry if progress is slow, assignment is numerous and im a one man army fighting 7+ people
@Farewellntchii a-
@Roleplay2021 thank you :3
Although to be fair this is a quick build, so it doesn't have fuselage wings
@Yourlocalhuman aight gimme like 2 days....
Boy i wish i can join...., just have too many projects at the moment....
+1Is it possible for me to do a retaliatory attack to the sinking of the Slava-ER
@Farewellntchii chii, how far do you went into your Jet Stream....
+1@Falkenwut thank you for the kind words, and also feel free to make a variant of your own too!
+2I may have forgotten to mention this, but i have a ship uploaded for the challenge yesterday, i feel that might help Snowstone later on
@Yourlocalhuman you know, aside from that, i would be expecting Snowstone to also have aerial cover, some sort of an air defense aircraft situation
How many planes and ships am i up against?
@Yourlocalhuman aye aye, understood, three with Air Superiority payload and three with Anti Ship payload
@Yourlocalhuman yes

+1@Yourlocalhuman definitely an interceptor, i just submitted one, in regards of that, how do i type this stuff?
+1About these operations, is it able to be countered?
@Farewellntchii out of all things a Tomcat? XD
+1@Yourlocalhuman i have calm down jeez XD, i have life in real life
Yoooo, a Beechcraft 2000, i love this plane
+1@Al3x321 there's a guide on SP Forums about that, should be about text formatting
@Yourlocalhuman ah damn, unfortunate, well, thank you for the approval
@BombsAway4613 i see, well i'll wait for the creator approval
Say...., is this challenge still going by any chance? if it is...., i want to join Snowstone side of things
What are you saying mate, that is great looking
That is an absolute beauty, well done, might wanna add the blueprints of the plane when its fully released
+2@FirstFish83828 perhaps, im quite busy irl
The missile is depressed, therefore it must find a ship to hug

+1It ducc :D
I shall name it ducky the hard worker
For someone who just joined SimplePlanes, this is worthy of massive recognition, you have a lot of potential
This looks very good, you have potential
Lawd, Lippisch would like to have some words with you
.
Regardless of that, interesting challenge, might enter
Very good appearance and performance, a little pro tip, put tags on your plane, makes it easier for people to find it :D
+2Well this seems like something i can test some Active APS with
+1Man, screw accuracy, this looks bloody cool mate
+2.

Done i guess
This is plenty good
This is what happen when you make a P-40 bigger and put a Napier Sabre on it
+1Ah yes, how nice of you to reupload my plane with almost no changes, and you didn't even credit me
.
How dare
H M M M

F A S C I N A T I N G
This have huge potential to be good
I see many many potential
Ivnoticed you were silver now, great job
Its the Huckebein, don't let your guards down
+2@FirstFish83828 i see

(wheezes)
