Flight instructions:
Conventional flight control layout. Optimal landing speed ranges between 280 kph to 300 kph. At sea level, top speed is around 560 kph. The flight characteristics are good enough at best, careful not to push the elevators too hard, otherwise the plane may stall. Watch the fuel consumption, as this plane has pretty poor range. Otherwise this plane is not very nuanced. AG1 to open canopy, AG8 to toggle engine (on by default).

Backstory:
In the early 1950s, the First Ar'ro Sea War saw the complete dissolution of the Arkea Empire. Sifting through the rubbles of their war-torn cities, field agents sent by the then Avalon alliance made a disturbing discovery. A plane, propellers nowhere to be found, seemingly powered by nothing. In the coming days. this curious half-completed prototype was shipped away deep inland into Avalon under utmost secrecy, before the news had spread to the Kronens.

Believing jet power to be the future of aviation, and only further reassured by test results, the Avalon poured precious tax money into the program until the first fully functional jet fighter in the world was born. It was designated Ex. 01, the grandfather of a long line of experimental aircrafts to come. When the Kronens caught on to the news, a new battle for technology had begun, as each nation races to build bigger, better, faster.

The rapidly escalating arms race had very quickly made the Ex. 01 obsolete. As a means to prove themselves, the recently established Avalon Aviation tasks their engineers to find new means to modernize the Ex.01, in hopes of securing government funding for future projects. The result was the AA-TA, a fighter converted trainer, outfitted with a slightly cheaper and fuel efficient engine. The goal was never a revolutionary fighter jet, but rather a balanced, and intuitive plane for new and veteran pilots to better adapt to the dynamics of a jet engine, which the AA-TA was very successful at.

Announcements:
Hey guys, I'm back from the dead again. I've been a bit busy recently but had just enough time to toy around with some of my earlier builds. I noticed that, early on, a lot of my planes had an engine offset from the main axis of the plane, either above or below the fuselage. I imagine this was probably because I had unlocked the He-162 in War Thunder at around that time. Coming back to this idea knowing a bit more about the game, I hoped to create something that 1. can at least be airborne, 2. looked alright. Goal number 1 is definitely a check, but as to its looks...its a bit rushed. Hopefully I'll get more free time again soon, I'm floating around a few ideas, I promise you'll be impressed don't worry. Thank you all for your support, no matter if its just a random download or upvote, they mean a lot to me, see y'all later!
