Ranking is on how well it flys, how good it looks, and if it is special in someway (seaplane, strange look, etc). The rewards are: First place gets 8 upvotes and 6 spotlights, second place gets 5 upvotes and 3 spotlights, third place gets 3 upvote and 1 spotlight, and everyone gets 2 upvote. The deadline is February 1st but I can expand it.
