@Wallaby @BuiltBionixInd10 I'm aware of the actual intent of this post, but the "I'm a toddler" part could easily go poorly for you in some other places. @Numbers I know about that, yes. There are some actual instances of that happening but I struggle to think of names off the top of my head.
Sorry you've had a poor experience with the community. If you want, you can tag a moderator on a post with a bad comments section and we can disable the comments on it.
I don't see a revamp happening. Implementing SR2's physics and parts into SP would take tremendous effort. However, they haven't abandoned SP so updates may still happen, albeit less often.
If you feel you are being treated unfairly by another user (Bogdan, for example) please report it instead of trying to take matters into your own hands.
@asteroidbook345 I see I have misunderstood your remark about the grow a pair bit. I was unaware he had made his own comment. In any case, calling out specific users in a forum post is not tolerated here.
FYI, the "grow a pair" remark was completely my own doing, as was the rest of that comment. Bogdan had nothing to do with it. Also, I removed this post due to posts of this nature being against the rules.
@asteroidbook345 For the record, I'd like to say that @Clory is correct, and he would know that because he's a moderator on the SR2 site, which has the exact same moderation tools. We cannot restore a deleted user's account; only Andrew can. We also cannot see an account's private information beyond basic IP-sharing logs. Please do not spread misinformation.
We had our disagreements at times, but looking past that he was a great builder and I very much respect his strive to innovate. His criticisms might have seemed excessively harsh to some, but to those of you that thought it too harsh, I'll say this: Constructive criticism is not meant to hurt you; it is meant to help you improve. If you can't handle it, then either ignore it or grow a pair.
If/when there is another SimplePlanes update, it will probably be 1.10 or something similar rather than 2.0 as, in my opinion, 2.0 gives off the impression that it is an entirely new game.
@TanksWorldwide It might've actually been SP that had that menu first it was copied over from SR1; don't remember which game came first. In any case, they used to share a menu.
You still can't download mods on the mobile version of SR2. Planets and solar systems in SR2 are made via XML editing (though an in-game planet editor is currently in the works) and are not mods, same as how you can edit the XML of crafts on the Android version of SP, but this is obviously much more complex.
@TheSavageManZ I was originally a moderator over on the SimpleRockets 2 site and decided I wanted to try and moderate this site as well. As for the second question.. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I would imagine it saves server costs, as well as just reducing spam on the site.
