I think you might be in violation of the rules with this one :) you're not supposed to have Nazi symbology on anything other than authentic Nazi planes.
@EternalDarkness I know :) I was probably the first to use that technique. I just don't really care about repetitive stuff like that. I'd rather spend my time creating new designs.
@Stingray OK, that sounds weird. On desktop at least, it works like this: select mode (air-to-ground or whatever), press Tab to select target, wait until missile lock-on, then use the FireWeapons button (or keyboard shortcut) to fire.
@Stingray Nice. Not sure if you're aware of this, but you don't have to set an activation group for missiles. If you leave it at 0, you can fire the missiles by selecting air-to-ground mode, locking on, then using the FireWeapons button.
@Americancheese12 You set the max to a low value -- 0.25 is nice and quiet. Just remember to increase the powerMultiplier correspondingly. I have a kit that has a bunch of quiet engines here.
@Cynister I wasn't aware that there existed a cartoon duck by the same name. This airplane literally has a dark wing, if you notice. Also, no ducks were harmed during the production of this build.
@Americancheese12 I thought the game looked a little desaturated and muddy, so I went ahead and wrote my own shaders to change the look. If you're on PC you can use them too. There's a link at the end of my profile.
@Spectre2520 Yeah, but you don't have to study aerodynamics to figure it out. You know what a fast shape looks like. It's the shape of a cheetah as opposed to that of a cow; an SR-71 as opposed to a Super Guppy; a Formula One car as opposed to a Humvee; a shark as opposed to a walrus. When you look at an XB-70 in a museum you just know it's meant to go fast, right? You don't need a degree for that.
@Americancheese12 Upload the image somewhere. Get its URL. Then use . The URL needs to be a direct link to the image, not an HTML page, i.e., it should end in .jpg, .png, or .gif, like http://website.com/image_url.jpg

@BaconRoll Glad you like it. I'm especially proud of the nose shape :)
Thanks, @Countache27

@Spectre2520 Er, that was a joke. And thanks.
Thanks, @BaconRoll
Thanks, @RailfanEthan

@Spectre2520 what do you mean by "no power and normal thrust?" If it has thrust it has power.

@Americancheese12 If you set the damage on the guns to 5000 or above, it makes ships explode when you hit them.
Thanks, @vonhubert
@Sgtk Yeah, before the 1.7.1 update rotators didn't work too well, so I didn't use them.
@Spectre2520 Cool
@Spectre2520 Yeah...
@Americancheese12 Designer background mod is Skybox pack.
@Spectre2520 It's the second time, actually. First prop plane was this one.
Thanks, @CRJ900Pilot

@Spectre2520 Yeah, I like it a lot as well, though it's hard for me to pick one favourite. I love 'em all.
@Spectre2520 Yes. I've only ever had the one account.
@RailfanEthan Is mean "donkey" in language of Rodina.
@FGW2014 Thanks. Not much stubbier than the real thing
@Treadmill103 Yeah, a couple of boxes checked off the list :) Probably won't be making too many more prop planes, though.
@EternalDarkness Oh look, a spotlight! My first in a long time. Thanks.
Nice pickup, @EternalDarkness
@Americancheese12 Within limitations, yes.
@Implosionstrikez I use something beyond Overload. I render my own XML.
Thanks, @Implosionstrikez
@Countache27 Well, you can always take one of mine, paint/modify it however you need and use that.
@Cynister I wasn't aware that there existed a cartoon duck by the same name. This airplane literally has a dark wing, if you notice. Also, no ducks were harmed during the production of this build.
@Cynister Figures.
@Cynister Way to misquote...
@Cynister Butter is for weenies, I use mercury.
Thanks, @GeneralOliverVonBismarck
@Countache27 Hello, Darth. Still trying to hoodwink me, I see.
Thanks, @DemonSniper8 @DeathStalker627
@Roswell Sure. Speaking for myself, you never have to thank me for an upvote.
Thanks, @Stingray. If it has a gun... it's gonna be fun.
No problem, @Stingray
@Spectre2520 If you look carefully, one wing is darker than the rest of the plane...
@Americancheese12 Yeah, there's an idea.
@Americancheese12 Well, more like apply a cosmetic effect to it. If I could find the time to write my own aviation game, that would be... something.
@Americancheese12 Creativity is like any other ability, the more you use it, the more it develops.

@Americancheese12 It's really very simple: big engines, big guns, fast-looking shapes... that's it.
@Countache27 Er, so you think my time is less valuable than yours?
