As far as I know, not really. You can just position two of the same cannons together in one spot, with the other having a higher firerate than the first, but same name and everything.
And to avoid the look of the wonky barrel recoil since you have two cannons overlapping, just make a custom recoil system (If you need to) using fuselage blocks and shock/suspension part, and disable the barrel recoil on both cannons.

But then again, this defeats the function of linked ammo count. Since it's two separate guns with their own shells. In conclusion, It's not possible so far

You can do this with the minigun and stock wing gun though. Just merge the guns together in one spot and have one weapon be linked to an AG to simulate faster firerate., and make sure disableAircraftCollision is set to true so the guns won't wreck each other when firing or if you plan the weapon to be inside a fuselage.
Even the throttle split move to out-turn the Felon doesn't make sense. The F-14A's sucky engines could barely get the fighter to recover energy after it turned unless it was in a dive. Doing that stunt while on a climb and at low airspeed wouldn't do anything.

And, even if the engines were strong enough like those in later models of the Tomcat, doing the split throttle and hard yaw would just basically be asking for you to run into a flat spin or just outright stall the jet since the engine placement is real far apart from each other.

The point above is proven by this video made by @Griffon1 . I know SP physics are balls but the bad general idea of pedal turning with split throttle is shown
I pray the smoothskins won't make a big deal out of this because another Ghost of Kyiv build popped up again. Would be disappointing if this gets taken down out of people bringing politics once more Speaking from experience here. My MiG-29A with the Ghost livery got removed by mods due to the severe abuse of the report system by a ton of people who made a mess out of it

Honestly would people really care at this point when it's already out there? I get that the UPG is a hunchback and with many other details, but don't forget. That was RD's build, he intends to keep it simple, and I will too. Besides, what difference would it even make other than aesthetics?

Sergio makes builds that are near accurate in terms performance and size. Mistakes happen here and there and the case of his Barracuda being agile for an attack plane is an example.

He won't make a 9G B-52 that can outmaneuver and outrun fighters. He can if he wanted to. But this is about builds being almost historically and operationally identical to the real thing.

If you wanted this dive bomber to be more maneuverable, do it yourself and modify the elevators to have a higher deflection angle so it would suit your needs. Creators won't answer the minority requests most of the time unless it's really needed or what the majority asks for is absurd.

It's just a recolor you wanted? There's a shit ton of Tomcats on the site. Dig through them, find what you want, give it a new coat of paint, call it a day.
