So, my first major recommendation: go to mods and activate "Overload" and "Fine Tuner", these two are just handy lil tools that can be hard to learn at first (especially Overload) but will pay off in the end
Second off, dissect aircraft other people have made and look at how it all forms together, look at its variables, its FT Code (Overload menu), find what works and peel it out and make it your own
Third, don't go too hard too quick (aka don't shoot for the stars immediately)
Fourth, feel free to take stuff from other people, just make sure to give credits (Don't just repost other people's stuff)
Fifth, when building things, think about how it all goes together. Does the gear actually fit, does the engine actually get airflow, little things like that make planes (especially fictional) go a lot further
Finally, as you get going with building and whatnot, don't build because you want upvotes, build stuff because you want to. Make it nice, ofc, but don't explicitly make it in hopes to hit the front page
And on that note, that ties into don't shoot for the stars immediately
.
All in all, don't worry about the reception of others, worry about how you yourself view it, and don't let others discourage you

The MBT-70 can be it's own pack of worms, though you're claiming utter superiority on a tank with less weight, proving use of weaker materials, which makes most of it negligible to begin with, but then tack on this modification with almost completely paper changes, that don't increase weight, making it therefore weaker, especially the better armor

@AviationLoverGEEK444 a standard 7.62 round has maybe 9-30mms of penetration, meaning that your 1000 is actually somewhere between 90 and 300mms, once more, making said armor negligible
@AviationLoverGEEK444 so by that logic, 1000mms of pen would be entirely negligible as it takes around 15 round from a 7.62 minigun to penetrate (due to armor decay from continuous hits) and disable the tank?
