I'd like to see how the new physics and other features in SP2 will affect some of my FT stuff, as I might have to completely change the code.
Here are some of the things I'd like to see (more specifically, how the Tank sight interface from the FT label, Hovers, Drone - Orbital strike, and other features work): Hover Tank Giant Tank + Orbital strike All functions Tank
As a mobile user, I have a laptop, but it is 3 times weaker than my mobile device and does not even meet the minimum requirements for SP2. I feel rejected, since I cannot try something new and play with other users, as well as test my builds (as it is possible that due to the new physics and game mechanics, some things may stop working, such as FT hover Tanks).
@KatBapa20 To create a variable line, you need to click "Add Variable". In the first column (Variable name), for example, "D1" is set, and in the second (Expression), the code itself "ammo("BotActivate")=0"
@KatBapa20 Although I explained how gunfire works for the AI of my Tanks (though it's more complicated, as there are firing modes and ammunition types, latest version can even automatically switch between firing modes without any initial settings), some aspects still require FT.
This can be done using the starting missile and maybe a couple of FT codes.
I haven't been developing FT AI Hover Tanks for a while, so I can't say for sure.
After tinkering with my old FTAI projects a bit:
1) A dummy starting Missile named "BotActivate" is installed.
2) The Variable Setter contains a variable, for example, "D1," with the line "ammo("BotActivate")=0" (this is important).
3) The gun's Activation Group is "D1."
4) There's a similar gun (with the same name and role type), with 0 ammo, and the Activation Group is "!D1."
There's a 90% chance that I'll leave, since I'll no longer be relevant to the SP community. I'll occasionally do projects, but only for myself, without being active on the site. I might not return by the time SP 2 comes out.
@KatBapa20 Yes, the only way out is to block them, ignore them, and not fall for their provocations. It's certainly can to change to their standards, but that's the worst option, It's better to be yourself.
Also, don't forget that there are those who like us. You've become quite famous in this community, just like I did in my time.
I've been in this small community for a long time (about four years), and I've seen a lot: conflicts, drama, and so on.
I'll say this: it's pointless to please everyone, every user will have both fans and haters.
Unfortunately, there are few sci-fi and futurism fans left in SP, and those that remain are not very active.
I once hoped to revive the Tank community in SP, as they don't even have a working Discord server (ship, vehicle, and other builders have one) and many are simply abandoning Tank creation. I also wanted to develop my own lore and even an ARG about Tanks.
I helped aspiring Tank builders and others.
What's the outcome?
There are those who despise me (including tank builders), and for realism fans, I'm enemy number one. Because of the hate, I stopped making any lore or ARG. There are also those who took advantage of my help and only harmed me and the community.
@ShinyGemsBro A force field with the help of a wing gun can destroy and knock back any weapon that has collision, unless, of course, you disable the bomb's collision, so the HE cannon will be more effective, since the projectile has no collision damage.
@Axartar I've been active on this account for about 3.5 years now, although I've started publishing builds less frequently in the last year (once every 1-1.5 months, while I used to publish once every 1.5-2 weeks, although this is due to the increased effort on projects)
@Monarchii Although on the other hand it is not part efficient, for me the detailing and functionality (since futuristic Tanks require more functionality than just firing a cannon and machine guns, rotating a turret (possibly a stabilizer if it is an MBT) and driving) often lead to a huge expenditure of parts, as on my latest Tanks.
@KatBapa20 These types of people mostly live on Discord servers and other social networks. You rarely see them on the site, as they can be blocked and receive a strike. However, it's much worse in other places, especially if there is no active and adequate moderation.
As for those who can't stand other builders, I've often encountered this, mainly because of their style and perhaps quality, I've often met those who are quite radical about the ideas of realism and despise everything that is not realistic (SP is not a realistic game, but they don't care), those who create high quality and at the same time are extremely arrogant and so on.
The most you can do is round off the sides. Something similar is certainly possible, but I think it would require a huge number of labels, and they wouldn't look neat.
@qUwUp On the contrary, I think that the communities of games with a competitive system (shooters, racing games, fighting games) (since they have statistics, ratings, awards and superiority over others) are much more toxic, so this is one of the reasons why I burned out on such games.
@Monarchii That's true. You can also help others by supporting little-known and underrated builders, as well as with building and FT codes. That's also a plus.
I think your builds are unique, given their high part efficiency and other features. Your PEA style has become widely known in the community, and I think you're a good person.
The SP community, like any community on the internet, has its toxicity, even though it's just a game about building airplanes and stuff like that (I understand the toxicity in competitive games like shooters, racing games, or fighting games, where there are ratings, statistics, and so on, but SP doesn't have a competitive element like shooters), and some here, instead of helping to improve skills and giving advice, will still throw mud, insult, or even worse.
@dekanii @Bugati87 Maybe because when I was building it, I expected more from myself and was disappointed at the final stage, since large builds are difficult to build in the mobile version.
Yes, I'll repeat once again, the quality of this giant Tank is not good, and I can,t say that a lot of effort was put into it, but I think it's a little better than what I did before.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover However, his brother was destroyed, and he will most likely also turn into a TNP-like entity.
M-War II was a rather quiet and weak war. M-War and TB-War were much more brutal. Perhaps they'll be interested in these strange anomalies.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover Thermonuclear Psychopath is M-99 with a man face, who became a revenant by the will of the Tank Gods (and with the help of Takusha, since the Tank Gods cannot directly influence other worlds, this would lead to the destruction of the world, and they do not really need this, they need the spread of Tanks) after he was killed by Churchill III when he was normal, and he was reborn.
TNP's most dangerous ability is to become stronger with each death. Now it is similar in form to Enargite VII, but at the same time it is much stronger than Enargite VII, since it has a number of abilities.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover My Tanks, due to their technological superiority, they can destroy everything, although even this is not the peak of power, there are Tanks: "FRIKCIA" that is capable of "growing and spreading", "CERBETIDE", which is capable of accumulating and releasing a huge amount of energy, as well as "TARBITRUM", which is capable of bending space-time and also creating quantum singularities. And then there are those "Ghost Tanks," which are nearly invulnerable.
But even that's not the peak of their power. There are Tanks that exist only in the Tank dimension, such as Information Tanks, which can manipulate information (for example, replace any information with a Tank), and can invade not only technology but also the minds of organic beings.
And much more.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover The last time (during the Titanic Buff War event, when ShinyGemsBro dropped the antimatter bomb.) they fought the Thermonuclear Psychopath and also destroyed his brother, I think they are experimenting with the power of the Thermonuclear Psychopath or want to make another one.

@SuperSuperTheSylph This will probably happen in 2027.

Hello.
Are the reshade screenshots still relevant? Your bio says they're gone, unless they're truly high quality.

Here is a list of some of them to explore

FTAI TANK 2
FTAI TANK 3
FTAI TANK 4

I mainly strive for quality, although I am bad at it.

And your account on this site has been around for 10 years.

+2@Boeing727200F Well then that explains a lot, considering the AI always chooses Missile as its primary weapon.
+1@Boeing727200F The only reason why the missiles inside exploded was because they were spawned in an inappropriately sized place, like Ice Base.
Try using

@Bobr122 Making such large builds in the mobile version is quite difficult, because the scale in the building mode starts to lag.

@TheUltimatePlaneLover I just planned and thought I could do it better.

@Graingy How does this put others down, considering I say they are better?
@TheUltimatePlaneLover The second M-99 was destroyed because he learned the truth about TNP and began attacking his own.
@dekanii @Bugati87 Maybe because when I was building it, I expected more from myself and was disappointed at the final stage, since large builds are difficult to build in the mobile version.
