@Treadmill103 thanks :) I'm working on a massive wing at present that has some similarities to this, I'm intrigued by the possibilities of this concept...
@WNP78 must be the later, I don't have freecam. I didn't notice it on the posting page but it's obvious once posted... I've gone back to the old method for now anyway.
@Tang0five bv238 was bigger (intentionally) Vickers type c was also bigger (by accident....) Oh and my flying battleship was also huge but barring them ;) it's a shame your device won't run it as it's nice to fly, does about 250mph like the Sunderland but tootles around v nicely.
@Tang0five thanks man, but now I have to go check all my builds... I think the b229 was bigger (or my take on the concept anyway), I did build a Valkerie but didn't post it.
@LOWEWAYY have you tried camo? Or building a 120ft flying boat? The wing tips alone are 32 parts, the gun turrets on the side are 35ish parts, it all adds up.
@CenturiVonKikie yeah sort of, have a look at an f4 phantom, I was going to put down thrust on them to angle it below but it looked daft, I should have put a heat shield on the leading edge
@ThomasRoderick yeah its the same cockpit as the vagabond, this arrangement was common of the era vixen, canberra BI etc. Used by radar operator/ navigator etc
@Winstonlharambe so ive finally had a chance to download this and to be fair i was slightly disappointed, you have put so much effort into the looks but the functionallity is, to be frank, aweful. 1) no rudder? 2) no trim on elevator 3) no effort to make it anywhere near neutral for controls 4) ailerons clash with the wing and the rotators are not at the same angle, a part appears on full throws, 5) Aeilerons and fin are square edges and not in keeping with the rest of the build, 6) rear wheel yaw controls are stuck, 7) your cameras on the seats are visible, it takes 2 seconds to nudge them into the seats, 8) it wallows about when flying as if the fin doesnt have a large enough wing panel in it etc.etc. now all of the above are easily solveable, it seems such a shame to have such a detailed build let down by such simple things... I hope that you take this on board as constructive critisism and your next build will be better for it.
@AWESOMENESS360 thanks, the sea vixen and canberra have similar set ups (british aircraft used to try for side by side tandem instead of the american way of infront and behind seating).
@Winstonlharambe it just looks so out of proportion, massive wing but tiny tail and fin (which itself is not pretty in design), please don't take this the wrong way, it's the plane itself I don't like not your build.
@ThePilotDude Thanks! I do like taking something known and adding or altering it in another way with bits from other aircraft, you can get some awesome looking planes =)
@ThePilotDude I'll admit to sort of cheating on this one, I used the fus, wing and tail from seperate previous builds then just added the rest :) I find building relaxing so usually get an hour or so a night in as well. Thanks for the votes, anything you want to see in the future? (I have a biiig flying wing, a push pull and a meteor alternative in the works so far)
@DestinyAviation No, I've heard you need to remove the s from https for them to work, I use discord it's more rekiable
Your pics don't work, using imgur?
@TheFantasticTyphoon id love to but theres probably more than 100 parts in just the fuselage without the camo...
@CRJ900Pilot @ThePrototype the german secret weapon design will probably be released tomorrow, im trying to limit it to 1 a day =)

@Chancey21 @randomusername flying boat posted here
@AWESOMENESS360 @jamesPLANESii @CRJ900Pilot flying boat posted here

@CRJ900Pilot dude, this is the first time I'm seen you comment a full sentence, cool! ;)

Normally 7.5degrees for first panel then add 15degrees for each next, using circular ends. Now the panel thickness math I don't know
+2Overload. Simples.
Gratz

@LOWEWAYY no idea, the bomb bays are 440 parts, so remove them and you still have 800 parts.
@CRJ900Pilot @ChiChiWerx thanks =) I did miss a bit of camo on the fuselage but baring that I was happy, thanks again for your comments and support.
@LOWEWAYY bomb bay / release mechanism
@ThePilotDude thanks :)
@AWESOMENESS360 no idea, it's a glitch in the photo (the two left engines don't have their exhaust trails either)
@LancasterAce have you ever tried to form a curved roundel? This has less than 600 parts so low part count really :)
@CenturiVonKikie yeah sort of, have a look at an f4 phantom, I was going to put down thrust on them to angle it below but it looked daft, I should have put a heat shield on the leading edge
@Phoza thanks for being my 95th customer, only 5 more to go =)
+1@ThomasRoderick yeah its the same cockpit as the vagabond, this arrangement was common of the era vixen, canberra BI etc. Used by radar operator/ navigator etc
+1@Treadmill103 Its coming on rather nicely if i do say so myself, rest of camo and details to do.
@TUA54 like what??? details could be anything from roundels to fuel caps.
@flyingsteve88 glad to be of service :)
@TUA54 you still havnt said what you actually want... What details?
@AWESOMENESS360 sounds like a plan, can't get too close to mod pink though.

+5@TUA54 share it unlisted and describe what you want. I'm not promising anything but I'll have a look.
@TUA54 ?
@Spitfirelad05 thanks :) this is fictional though.
+1@AWESOMENESS360 thanks, the sea vixen and canberra have similar set ups (british aircraft used to try for side by side tandem instead of the american way of infront and behind seating).
@BlackhattAircraft yeah it would be a bit drafty, but at least if you bail out the props are in front of you =)
@Winstonlharambe it just looks so out of proportion, massive wing but tiny tail and fin (which itself is not pretty in design), please don't take this the wrong way, it's the plane itself I don't like not your build.
+3@niggelas100 thanks, nearly at 100 upvotes :)
Nice build but ugly aircraft....
+2@SimpleMatt I made it, if you download it you can see how it's made
@jamesPLANESii you just don't want to be pink in 3k :p mby rose gold instead?
@BogdanX ooooops....
@jamesPLANESii that makes sense, so would having it pink, any better and you'd be a red mod.
@Heihachi have you ever played Total Anihilation? if not google TA freedom fighter =)
@ThePilotDude Thanks! I do like taking something known and adding or altering it in another way with bits from other aircraft, you can get some awesome looking planes =)

+1What about some formal way of holding a competition that actually forces the holder to actually judge it??
Why x-ray pics?
@ThomasRoderick I use them to pull sections apart, I obviously moved it out of the way and then promptly forgot about it.... sorry
