Flaps: You can use rotators/hinges and fuselage blocks/structural wings OR .xml mod the input of already present control surfaces. I have no idea what slats are, though.

I've looked it over, and it appears I forgot to add the wing struts from the kit. Where they went is beyond my knowledge.... well, likely in the deleted parts.

If you can't download it, you can edit it via .xml modding (files).
