SimplePlanes. I literally own like five games.
SimplePlanes (VR too), Beat Saber, Transport Fever 2, SimpleRockets 2, and Minecraft (no particular order).
@TimsonAviation No, I have no idea how to even do that. Everything's on this website anyway, it makes more sense to put everything on this website instead.
@Zaineman I think rickrolling is a gray/green area. If you intentially trick a mod into clicking a link, then that would be gray, but if you are actually "funny" with it (i.e. a link to a 40 part version of a 500 part aircraft) than it's green. I actually have no idea what the official guidelines are, that's just my thoughts.
@DydroriumGalacticc Thanks! About a label, I'm not quite sure what you mean. You can simply type text into a label and change settings, and then you are done. There are a lot of more advanced things you can do, however.
@SirCarrot I'd recommend staying with the 7, or look for something with lots of single thread performance. I understand this is not for just SP, but if you get a mid range CPU with good single thread performance (SP is single threaded), then you will get good performance in SP and good multi-threaded performance for anything else. I think the stock cooler will be okay (the Wraith Stealth Cooler).
Just use part variable outputs from the "physics wings". Output the variable LiftForce and use that (with some multiplier like VariableName * 0.001) in the rotators for the wing. Make sure to use the right physics wing for the right wing rotators etc. (right for right and left for left)
@SirCarrot The CPU cooler seems okay then. I think a Ryzen 7 would be acceptable, so I'll say if your budget allows for it go for a better CPU but if you can't the 7 is okay.
@Deandash I believe there is a confusion. The engine sound is centered around not the player camera, but one of the three movable unity cameras placed at Xinshan. Video of issue.
@Deandash I've done some testing, and what I found is the sound appears to be centered around the unity camera on the apron. If I start next to the camera and move away, engine sound decreases until there is no sound left. Regardless of the starting location, engine sound appears to be related to how far the aircraft is from the unity camera.
Please let me know if you find this confusing.
@G2 Maybe, we will see... I'm planning to release several versions to cater to mobile users, VR users (curatable flying cockpit) etc.
I never thought about this until now, but I guess tags would apply to all versions (3 public).
I found a bug, this mod causes some sounds (like engines) to stop working. This was likely introduced in the latest update as I remember sound working when I first explored the map in version 1.0.

@JwpsAviation I don't know now lol

@JwpsAviation It's one of those stupid comment bots. But yeah, how and why did it pick a random two year old post?
@CanadianAircraftBuilder You're half correct. 800 for body (lots of rotators and rivets), and 1500 for the cockpit (lots of buttons and switches).
I have 2,800 hours currently. And that's just on PC. I was using SP on iOS when I first started.
@KingHandspider Thanks!
@MRFOXY09 If you read the forum post, you would have noticed the heading "different versions" at the bottom.

Ah yes, the Airbus 747
NO.747
AVIATION
@Bigdogkgh Thanks!
@ThatRandomCouchPotato Late 2022 or early 2023. I only have one plane in development, the SWL-120, so I'm not sure what you mean by planes.

@X99STRIKER Plar/Plare
Or a Cane/Clane
idk
@Skotch There's still a bit to do.
@Brendorkus Yes.
Oh yeah this exists
@SirCarrot That CPU is alright, it's all about what you can fit in your budget so if you can fit the 7 then that's good.
@VibesGamer Sure!

YES
@Isuckatsimpleplanes Approximately 1500-2000 for the mods version, and 2000-2500 for the no mods version.
@Memenator1231 Click random stuff for a few hours until you manage to start the engines.
@BaconAircraft Thanks!
@TRD I do, but even that has its limits lol.
@TRD Thanks!
@Blueshift Thanks!
@Bo1233 I'm not sure what you mean.
@TRD just 1600 so far (modding is fun, 1 part fuselage go brrr)

There are literally wind settings in the game.
Sorry, I literally have no idea. My struts are not actually angled, I just added some fuselages to make it look like they are.
um wat
Even though it doesn't work, the detail on this thing is crazy! Well done!
@Jbear625
clamp(Yaw - Brake, -1, 1)
Yes, just use a bit of funky trees.
@Deandash I believe there is a confusion. The engine sound is centered around not the player camera, but one of the three movable unity cameras placed at Xinshan.
Video of issue.
Just keeping tweaking the struts until they work. That's how I did my landing gear.

Idk where the post is but it's definitely possible through xml.

@SARACONIKaviationIndustry Sounds good. If you do get a chance to fix it please tag me.
This is incredible, however it seems to glitch out until I take off. The blue and red parts sometimes are the only things showing.
@CR929thenewSPplayer I'm estimating less than 2000 parts (mods go brrr)
@KyonIndustries No idea, it's an ancient mod.
@TheFlightGuySP There, uh, is a mod which can do this.
