@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation Storm troopers are in fact incredibly accurate. The first scenes in Star Wars as well as Ben Kenobi's statement "These blaster points; only stormtroopers could be so precise" point to this.
Also, the only reason why they missed the main characters on the Death Star in the first movie was because they were ordered to miss. It was Grand Moff Tarkin's plan to let them escape and put up a show fight so that they would fly back to the rebel base, since they planted a tracker on the Millennium Falcon. Even Princess Leia believed that their escape was too easy, although Han Solo would dismiss this.
During the final battle sequence in the first movie (by release date), even though the Rebels did take down the Death Star by means of Force-guided concussion torpedo, the TIE fighters were able to decimate the majority of the Rebel fighter fleet committed. Also, those turbolaser turrets that kept missing were designed for use against capital ships, not fighters, and consequently, having a fast turret traverse was not as necessary.
Again, their performance in Hoth was exemplary of their performance, as they were able to defeat the Rebels easily through good marksmanship and successful use of combined arms.
Even Endor is not any evidence to their inaccuracy, as the Ewoks have proven their combat skill, having overpowered the Rebels as well.

The Pummeler is the most popular combat aircraft in the world, adopted by a variety of air forces, such as the North Federation of Korean Air Force, Katipunian Air Force, the Salish Air Force, the Japanese Territorial Air Force, and the Paternian Air Force, in addition to other users. Many of these operators produce the Pummeler as well.
Many of these operators are neutral, and through these nations, they may be able to obtain them. They're the AK-47 of warplanes. They aren't the best or the fanciest airplane in the world, but they're cheap, reliable, and does its job (drop bombs on someone's head) adequately.
I would be assuming that the GLA would not limit itself to Awwam and Arabia for its arms. Even Daesh, people who REALLY hate America, are seen with American-made M16 rifles captured from the Iraqi Army.

They take their name from the Polish hussars, also known as the Winged Hussars due to the distinctive wooden frame with bird feathers inside, making it look like wings. They proved their value in many battles, where they were able to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat against overwhelming numbers, such as in Vienna, where the Ottoman advance through Europe was halted.

The larger destroyers, who sat deeper in the water, were limited in their movement. The foggy conditions allowed his ship to close the distance of engagement. An Aurunan flag belonging to a Filipino member of the crew helped further deception.
The ships were 1000 meters away before the Aurunan was lowered and the Paternian flag raised, beginning the battle.
When the gun battle started, surprise was complete and the Brave's forward fire control unit was disabled with an opening burst from the forward 30mm cannon. Damage to the superstructure was moderate, but the ship was not put out of action.
Using the aft fire control unit and secondary analog forward fire control, the destroyer was quickly able to get the edge. Within 10 minutes, the upper works of the Guadalcanal, and movement was limited due to the damaged engine.
However, the destroyers were moving very slowly in order to avoid collision with the many uncharted hazards in the area, and the Guadalcanal was able to outpace them. The Guadalcanal was the only Paternian vessel in the area, and was able to disengage.
It was at this moment Cmdr. Kowalski, after learning that the guns were disabled but there was plenty of ammunition onboard, decided to turn the warship into an explosive battering ram after the surviving crew agreed to such. He turned towards the Brave and set it on a collision course.
The heavily damaged Guadalcanal was able to close within 700 meters before the captain of the Brave realized what they were doing. Despite the hail of gunfire, the ship continued course.
