Just a curious question, since F-15E has very limited dogfighting capability, would you consider doing a S/MTD modification to the F-15E so it can have better mobility? I have already done a version I wonder how you would approach it.
I think it is about time for you to try out designer suite. I have found some good 3D model of this car online. So if you can obtain screenshots of its isometric view, you can create more accurate recreation of this car.
I do not know why this livery feels cheap. Maybe it is because the sponsor stickers did not distribute around the places where they should be. Also, the coloring could use more work.
@MichaelMotors232 I think blocky may not be the right word. Choppy is the better description. The sections of the car do not flow together which made the car looks like a Frankenstein. But it is a start. I would still insist that drawing a side profile of the car you are trying to build will greatly help with improving the design.
@Rocketguy2079 I think so??? There are some difference between this version and the older version which may impact the performance of the vehicle. But since it is a livery challenge, I think I can let it slide. You may need to add a wing piece to the front if you wish to keep the performance consistent. The wing is hidden in the big wedge that defines the slope of the front intake channel. I think the modification on this car is easy enough for you to implement into your own build.
@Tingly06822 I am indeed a simracing guy, but I spend most of my time playing BeamNG and Automation. The reason why the mouse control works is that I programmed speed sensitive steering. The steering input reduce with speed. In addition, I also implemented automatic counter steering for added stability. In this way, the car is easy to drive while behaving realistically. The lap is far from perfect but I am not risking it with Simpleplanes physics. Maybe for your next project, I can potentially collaborate with vehicle dynamics tuning.
@Tingly06822 I have figured out why your suspension is unusuallly soft. The mass of your suspension is 0 which SP do not really like. At least it need to have some mass. I am now making a new suspension kit that has anti-roll capability.
@LunarEclipseSP I have a question, can I update this one since I have made some changes to the suspension system to incorporate anti-roll mechanism (Yes, the car do handles a lot better).
@KSB24 Some testing I have done indicated the suspension was to blame. I suggest you try the suspension setup I used in Nord Challenger which does improves the driving dynamics a lot. Or you should try to modify the suspension to a normal Mcpherson so the camber does not change much during cornering.
@jamesPLANESii Indeed, the tires are a lot grippier than the real tires (I don't like tire screeching). But I think it makes the driving somewhat harder since there is no transitional region between best grip and no grip. So at 2:54, you can see that I suddenly lost the rear end because I steered a bit too hard.

Wobbly front suspension is driving me crazy, I will tune it a bit to make it behave better
