Please do yourself a favour and check out both successors to this plane I made. It makes me laugh every time https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/01ZJC1/Bombardier-Dash-8-Q300 @Vayloz
I’m partly Croatian so whenever I’m at the airport there in the capital, I get to see MiG-21s fly around a lot. It’s really great! I made some old soviet aircraft recently too I’d you wanna check them out :) @DestinyAviation
Everyone starts out not being able to build well but it just takes practice like everything else. If you consider someone else’s creation which is very slightly modified as your own, you’re not going to get practice on making them from scratch which is much more fun! If you need help at all feel free to ask or use my planes as inspiration. It is okay to use small parts from other people though (modded engines or XML weapons for example). Can’t wait to see your further designs! @Jrhench
Damn I love this! It’s a really awesome take on putting a jet engine in a prop war plane. You should try to build the actual Bf-109TL they planned to make alongside the Me-262. It was actually predicted to perform even better than the 262 but was abandoned to focus more on the already almost complete 262.
Awesome plane! Maybe for your combat version you should put the guns closer to the centre of the plane. That way it becomes easier to hit a target. I modified it to have a feature which detached the chassis and it flies really well and has a cool extra feature. Can’t wait to see your further developments and new planes!
One of my favourite designs on this site. The saying “if it looks right, it should fly right” most certainly applies here. Also those modded guns are fantastic
I think you made it a little heavy hahaha. If you take out all the duke from the back of the plane and the wings it becomes a lot lighter and moves the CoM much further. You won’t have trouble taking off that way and you’ll have a tighter turn radius. Nice job on the planes looks though!
@QuiteInactiveWhiteBread that’s so awesome man! I finished studying also and now have my own place with my girlfriend (same one as back then). I think I have you on discord still right? Would be great to catch up on there :)
Love your builds! Like you say, they’re simple but they do actually look like the aircraft they’re supposed to be. With the trim though, which variable would you change to increase the range which it moves the horizontal stabilisers?
@WinsWings oh really? Most of the diecast ones I have from hobby master, calibre wings, corgi, etc have lots of details. More than any of the kits I’ve built at least anyways. Maybe I have to look at some better kits
Well that was a very Air Force landing for a navy jet. Nice work! Landing gear does retract or extend but apart from that, it took off and landed all on its own. Very very nice job

+1Awesome plane dude!
+1Lol I thought this looked like an F-20 Tigershark for some reason and I guess I was right hahaha
+1If a MiG-19 was a goofy cartoon, this is how it would look. Nice job!
+1Love it! One of my favourite WWI aircraft

+1Do you mean first craft uploaded cus even if you’ve been playing this game for years this would be a really good build

+1@Bababooey1 I have made them but haven’t uploaded any. I have dozens of complete planes I just never uploaded hahaha
@ZWLenning saw this a little late but hope you’re doing well :)

Really cool build!
Nice built! Just curious how do you get it to be so stable when the CoM is behind the CoL?
@QuiteInactiveWhiteBread hey how’s it going?! Long time no speak :)
@dots oh man I’m an idiot. I tried to make it bigger 😂. You can tell it’s been a while for me playing SimplePlanes

@WinsWings I was always terrible at the painting part. That’s why I changed to the metal ones hahaha
@jamesPLANESii gotta say I don’t know what beamMP is but my username on almost everything is Mustang51 hahaha
@Aifleron This only allows for trim. It’s not a stabilator
It’s been a good run
@PlaneFlightX ahhh shoot it doesn’t seem to work
@PlaneFlightX there’s no way to have this be Mach one though instead of a specific speed right?
@PlaneFlightX thank you so much!
100% a great improvement on your previous builds! Nice work friend and keep it up!
@WolfHunter9111 how’d that German corsair become a meme
How’d this plane become a meme
Very cool!
@Graingy same. OG military analysts of the highest order we are
Red bull goes brrrrrrrrr
