@EternalDarkness i do those. Just not all the time. Check the Model R Ultra 2018. I integrated the surfaces. Also my trimotor has custom surfaces as well as my stealth fighter has some custom surfaces. Some of the quicker fun builds im just lazy and dont bother lol.

Nice. But, why don't you try to experiment with custom control surfaces?
