    A system of importing photos into part textures would likely be quite difficult for the devs to implement, and open to exploitation that would lead to lots of obnoxious kids putting explicit stuff on their planes just to be "funny".
    .
    That said, I think something (if possible) that lets you put shapes into the texture which can be altered like fuselage pieces would be great. It would require effort to use but prove versatile and save on parts.

    @Onedream A lotta peeps are memeing on the sheer part count of this thing, and I don't blame them. But here's a little reminder that the 800 hours put on this thing show. I've honestly never seen a ship build made as visually refined as this one, and suspect I won't likely again anytime soon. In terms of visuals this is the pinnacle of an SP build, making some builds made by plat users look rough and/or simple by comparison (Especially my ship replicas xD).

    This thing handles like a character from a video game of this source material. A very well programmed arcade style video game, I love it! Huge fun to use both in flight and hover controls.

    The worst of Weebs and Furries seem cringy up until you look at the worst of their haters. People that get so triggered over the very sight of something they don't like and act like people are terrible just for liking something. At least the 'cringy' parts of fandoms are passionate about something they like. The haters? Acting like entitled brats who think the world revolves around them and and their opinions and can't face the objective fact that PEOPLE LIKE WHAT YOU DON'T. Making such a fuss over some piece of entertainment just because you dislike it is no better than making a fuss over something you do like.

    It's fine to dislike a genre of entertainment, but considering the other problems the world faces it's kinda petty and pathetic to act like people liking anime is sooo bad and going to lengths just to demean them.

    I just made a Replica of an 80's supra, complete with accurate Top Speed, Acceleration, and overall design based off blueprints. I've previously built 1:1 scale submarines and Warships complete with guns, torpedoes, missiles, and more! People have made Perfectly Accurate warplanes, battleships, gundams, someone made one of those Kantai Ship Girls! People are doing all kinds of crazy things with the Funky Trees. People have made just about anything and can make just about anything in this game, and you're calling a game that just lets you put a simple rc plane together 'better'?

    The fact that you're calling this rather simple game 'better' goes to show you don't even know 10% of what makes SP great.

    This thing is nuts! I like how it automatically aims toward the nearest ground target. You can hit the Beast from Wright without a problem! The Mushroom cloud is a nice touch too.

    I'm browsing the newest airplanes when I suddenly come across this beauty! Nicely built, lots of missiles, custom torpedoes, and a lotta unique tricks on the functionality of everything! Just a few things of note.
    .
    1) I'm not sure how you did it but when it does the way the missiles seem to steer themselves at targets without a lock is insane and impressive! I'm unsure if it's supposed to work outside SP's arbitrary 10 miles radar limit, but it's still impressive! They're insanely accurate too, and can easily wipe out a fleet! They don't all seem to work consistently though, at least in my tests.
    .
    2) Just a small thing, but the tube doors don't always open in sync with missile launch. I won't rage on this too much since I can relate the difficulties of getting weapon ammo functions to work properly
    .
    3) A Free Diver! No pistons here, except in the system that protects the missiles. Otherwise, it dives freely without mechanical bits!

    4)Custom torpedoes! With their own interesting methods of function

    5)I like how you've used the cannon part for weapon functionality! Both for launching missiles and torpedoes and in acting as versatile warheads! The system can seemingly have some minor dysfunctions though.

    Although a teeny bit rough in some functional areas, it's overall an amazing submarine!

    You are a LEGEND! Peeps can hate on the anime thing all they want but I'd like to see them do what you've done lately. Both the hovering and flight modes function quite well with intuitive controls and good handling. The issues of stability in transition are noticeable though.
    .
    The facial functions feel like flexing though XD I mean this build blinks on its own! Not to mention the feature of changing facial expressions with VTOL. Not complaining of course, as these elements are quite impressive.
    .
    If you were to step into the realm of western animation you could totally build Jenny Wakeman (XJ9) with flight functions and even a number of the various crazy weapons she sprouts from her robotic form! Just a suggestion though, I won't hold you to it ;).

    Laptops would suffer less if peeps who made big ships took the drag outta their hulls and details. Just one little part with scaled drag, and an airbrake with the 'v>#' input to set maximum speed. A big part of the lag will be gone. I will probably at some point make a PSA post detailing this, because I know big builds like these will be so much less laggy when you get rid of the drag. Just some friendly advice.

    If there was a way to make the engines cut off a moment before detaching the first one would be preferable for its clean flames. But I like the second one for the fact that they drop when detached.

    Now THIS is a great submarine. And proof that you don't need to go all out on basic submarine functions like I do to make a great sub. Wonderful visuals which combine elements of Submarine and Carrier design, smooth functioanlity, and a nice set of weaponry. Bravo! I wish you submitted this to my Submarine Challenge.

    It seems evident that a full Designersuite style upload with screenshots isn't going to happen. According to the mods it's not gonna be added due to the possibility of abusing it (i.e. uploading screenshots which mislead people about a build).

    However I think a feature based on the original 'Upload with Screenshots' mod would be a good compromise. Give Android users a button for taking screenshots in game that they can add to their uploads when they share a craft. It won't have any room for abuse since they will be in game. It won't give android users the ability to add text or fancy background edits but it'll at least allow their builds to be shown in action on the screenshots.

    There's also some fancy tricks users like Gameboi have used, utilizing shiny fuselages for pretty decent makeshift backgrounds.

    I've done some testing with this and found that missile parts (alongside explosions generated by bombs and Cannons) seem to just automatically detach the cockpit upon impact regardless of its health or partcollisionresponse. Just completely bypassing both.

    Seems like in theory the only way to make an invincible cockpit is to embed it in a craft so large the explosive radius can't reach it on impact. Be nice if they added an 'armored' cockpit that was immune to that and required depleting its health points to detach.

    @valaszki Go into Overload, add the element 'function' and set that to 'MultiRole'. It can be done for Missiles and Cannons from what I've seen.

    I remember the time I played San Andreas, borrowed it for a time from a friend. At some point a favorite pastime of mine was to take this jet, fly it into a restricted zone to trigger a four star wanted level and dogfight the jets they sent. Good times, good times, also good build! Simple, low parts, good looks.

    @TheMegaMauster Naw, if it's just presets there's hardly a point since they won't cover everyone's needs. Adjustable shapes is the absolute best idea in my opinion assuming they could even do such a thing. It also ensures there's still a challenge in painting planes.

    Have you tried setting the track parts to "partCollisionResponse = none"? This makes parts immune to physical impact damage and destruction and might help improve these!

    I've thought this for the longest time! It seems like explosive weapons in general just seem to automatically detatch and/or explode parts on impact regardless of health or even partcollisionresponse thus allowing air to air missiles to one shot player made destroyers. So yea explosive damage should be made numerical as opposed to the auto-detach effect they have now.

    Someone could probably make a build which decently emulates FPS gameplay, especially with Funkytrees you could probably make a soldier that walks, runs, crouches, even goes prone all while aiming a gun.
