To fix the problem about the square hitboxes of fuselages, simply add a setting to the part using xml. Name this convexMesh and set it to true.

@KidoTsubasa The Simpler and simplest versions were just for the sake of a joke. I was never trying to make it completely accurate but maybe some time in the future I will make a true F16
@TheRLAF By adding those values to the fuselage block, you are able to alter the hitbox to take the shape of the actual fuselage, rather than just the default square hitbox. Complications with this were mentioned in the craft description.
