@RB107 I actually want to add more flags but I had no time for that. Initially I want to put some extra flag like the Straw Hat flag from One Piece and a flag featuring a same symbol from that one seen on Gold Ship's hat from Umamusume.

PS, the Monarchii Royal Navy's flag or naval jack, is literally a same flag or based on the Indonesian naval jack.
Aside from that, it such a glorious city environment you made. Is it still unfinished yet? Maybe you can try to add windows on each building for detailing and also billboards or advertising section on some buildings. Also if you had time you can add roads and expressway for car driving.
