This is the most careful and best missile destroyer I have ever made. It may not be very phone friendly, so I recommend using a computer to operate it. I wish everyone a happy time
The Choe Hyon-class destroyer (DDG-51), North Korea’s first domestically built destroyer:
Choe Hyon-class Destroyer (DDG-51)
The Choe Hyon-class is North Korea’s first indigenously developed destroyer and the largest surface combatant ever built by the Korean People’s Navy (KPN). Named after Choe Hyon, a prominent military leader in North Korean history, this warship represents a significant leap in the country’s naval modernization efforts.
Key Features:
- Displacement: ~5,000 tons (standard), possibly up to 6,000 tons (full load).
- Construction: Built at Nampo Shipyard in just 400 days, launched on April 25, 2025.
- Stealth Design: Features angled superstructures and reduced radar cross-section (RCS) for limited stealth capabilities.
Armament & Systems:
- Main Gun: 1 × 127mm stealth naval gun (similar to Western designs).
- Vertical Launch Systems (VLS):
- 74-cell VLS, capable of firing:
- Anti-ship missiles (possibly a domestic variant of Russian P-800 Oniks/Kh-35).
- Land-attack cruise missiles (similar to KN-19 "Kumsong-3").
- Hypersonic missiles (potentially Hwasong-8 derivatives).
- Surface-to-air missiles (likely "Ryong-1-2" naval SAMs).
- Close-in Weapons:
- Combined gun-missile CIWS (similar to Russian Pantsir-M).
- 30mm autocannons for point defense.
- Radar & Sensors:
- Phased-array radar (likely S-band) for air and surface tracking.
Here is her operating method:
Activity 1 is to control the front 127mm main gun, VTOL is horizontal Trim is pitch.
Activity 2 is to control the vertical firing system, which requires cooperation with the fire control radar to locate the enemy (switch to the perspective of the Fire Center).
Activity 3 is to control two AK630 doors, with VTOL being horizontal and Trim being pitch.
Activity 4 is to control the rear armor M close range defense system, with VTOL as horizontal and Trim as pitch. It is also possible to use the fire control radar above to view the missile and target the enemy.
Activity 5 is about lighting.
Activity 6 is to open the torpedo launch slot to launch torpedoes.
Activity 7 is reverse (Activity 8 is 0%).
Activity 8 is moving forward (Activity 7 is 0%)

I wouldn’t call it a significant leap when it sank on launch jokes aside, it’s a nice build
