@PapaKernels sorry that this happened, I hope it gets fixed. It's no one's fault, though. I suppose that with the part count deduction it is much lower
Because I'm 78 parts under the limit, it should be a 40 overall. I'm just trying to be fair because I could have (and definitely now) put more effort into this build. I'm glad you liked it, but under the same circumstances it isn't fair to Kernels (no offense to your grade, I appreciate the high score :)
@mikoyanster Sorry to tag you, but I am rebuilding my submission (the THA-X5 Sparrow) so that it not only meets the part requirements, but also looks better too. I should have it in by Thursday
BTW: PULL UP WHILE USING THE ARRESTING HOOK! It can use the wire on the carrier, however, if you don't partially pull up, the fuel tanks impact with the ground and explode. Just a warning
@Learpot they're space grade! XD ;) (They probably will, but this is the trainer model, so it is supposed to be super resistant. Plus, fifteen years from now they could have a wing surface capable of taking head-on jet afterburner). I hope you liked it, though! Thanks for the upvote
I've been trying to do this, but could you try and land my THA-X1* "Misfit" on the USS Tiny? I know it can, I just can't seem to get the right angle or timing. A true challenge, but a little easy too
@AirCorp you press the button in the bottom right hand corner that shows a plane surrounded by these: < >
this should open the XML page (if you have the Overload mod installed)
@AirCorp also, set every part in the landing gear (fuselages, tires, lights, et cetera) to "PartNoCollision = true" (I forgot what it was called, but it says something along the lines of "partnocollision = false." You want to change the false to true)
@AirCorp have you XML modded it to link to the LandingGear function? And furthermore, have you decreased the minimum rotation to 0 and the max to 1 (or -1)?

This is my upload... it is a successor, but it didn't save as one for some reason :(
@AirCorp Ikr? XD
I still need to learn how to chrome the fuselage, otherwise it would be chromed. I also think the wings should be further back... but, oh, well
PS: I worked my hardest on this plane XD. Fully decorated and plated (not fully plated... but more so than usual), and sexy new landing gear. It can't really stall, so the maneuvers might be hard to pull off :/
Also, before anyone yells at me about "it's not realistic, or based on anything" or "it's not a jet fighter because of the propeller," here is my explanation:
Turboprops are considered jet engines because of their function and need for breathing air, therefore they are considered "jets" (look at the MiG I-250).
And I based this design on the Vultee XP-81, the F9F-8 Cougar, and the Messerschmitt Me 262.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this aircraft!
@mikoyanster welp, I'm going to assume college has you bombarded, sorry to bother. I will make a plane that has 3 turbojets and 1 turboprop (based on the F9F-8 Cougar, Vultee XP-81, and 262 "Shwalbe"). After reading the plane ideas, I realized the Thunderstreak was a mixed propulsion craft. Also, the definition of a jet is a plane that is powered by a turbo engine (of which includes turboprops). Sorry to spam messages, I will have the plane posted soon!
UltraLight, AMAZING! This plane is beautiful. In fact, I was actually looking at the A500, but when I saw yours... I cannot outrank that. So, good work, lad

@BuiltBionixInd10 and thanks!
@BuiltBionixInd10 LMAO! Did you like it?

Wh-
How!?
@russianspy XD
@russianspy I would suggest using both the air brakes and the drogue chute while landing XD
@russianspy thanks!
I will join this!
Eternal Darkness, if you come here, I am sorry for tagging you

@NexusGaming I believe the original
Woah! Awesome! Funny thing, I have to read Nyarlathotep in class
@Cronvia32 maybe a heavy fighter challenge?
:O
Thanks! @Cyan

@AirCorp will do!
@AirCorp also, set every part in the landing gear (fuselages, tires, lights, et cetera) to "PartNoCollision = true" (I forgot what it was called, but it says something along the lines of "partnocollision = false." You want to change the false to true)

@AirCorp what do you mean by that?
This is an amazing build!
I'm not good at land vehicles, but I hope more people come because of the spotlight! This sounds like a cool challenge! Good luck
:)

Darn it! Sorry, this one isn't a successor for some reason :/
The screenshot was from earlier. I just liked it a lot, so I reused it. I hope you enjoy!
Nevermind! I am redoing it and am making one with a higher part count. Sorry for the inconvenience
@KangaKangaTheRoo
This is a very simple design, so it is... erm... very low in part count XD
this was a fun challenge, thank you for it
@Astro12 yay!
I shall do this!
@AirCorp Ikr? XD

@rexzion :(
Aww, thanks @Cyan!
Oh! I almost forgot.
Huge thanks to @Cyan for creating my emblems (link here: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/sVQz26/THI-Emblems)

309 parts intensifies
:O 332 upvotes intensifies
LMAO
NYAC SNRUTER
Thanks! @Oceanview
Sorry, lads, but I stupidly joined 4 challenges and then created this, and now life is crazy :/. I am cancelling this until further notice

Is it okay if I participate? I promise to make the part count. And further more, are mixed propulsion craft allowed? (like the MiG I-250 or XP-81)
