Most rockets and assumed icbms will probably not have a booster or the capability to actively fight earth's orbit (once in space and on its final trajectory) to hit the equivalent of a needle point in football field. If you want to take out a satellite, just use pre existing equipment that already exist that can. Not some hack ICBM whats the point of that? Also how would you do that? Please explain? And note the tone here isn't an attack, genuinely trying to educate, and learn myself. Though just to clarify and equivalent to what you just said was, "you shouldn't use airplanes because the could hack a guided bomb, and shoot the already flying aircraft down"
