This is Dreamer DH-19R4, a rescue helicopter!
● Some story:
In mid 60s Avyro needed a heavy helicopter for civil and military usages. Therefore Dreamer started researchs for making a tandem rotor helicopter. So Dreamer changed D-14 platform a bit and put two heli engines on it. But project failed. So Dreamer reduced engine numbers to one engine and made it more stable. And project 19 succeed and named as DH-19. This design is still in use from late 60s until today by different Avyron organizations.
