I've been modifying this aircraft for months on end, it's literally one of my favourite creations... And I know the cockpit I used was used on the M-52 and Verra T-3 but the cockpit was originally made for the M-40, it's literally saved in my subassemblies as "Mamba cockpit"

The M-40 Mamba is the Kingdom of Los' 5th generation strike aircraft. It's first flight took place in 2001, and it was put into service in 2011, even though the program first started in 1996. Instead of an auto, or rotary cannon, it features a rotating laser system, and several internal weapons bays, to put anything from conformal fuel tanks, to missiles, to bombs, to propaganda leaflets in them
The desire for a fifth generation fighter was first born in 1992, mainly because of the TV-51, and its B-555 long range Semi Active Radar Homing missiles, which could definitely shoot down most aircraft used, maybe except for the most modern ones, like the M-38 series, plane 48, and BA-20. The Royal Lasa Air Force asked for competitors in 1994, and the program was fully initiated in 1996, after Merikan, and Sarvorech won the prototype contract over Verronara, and Irishan. Sarvorech's design (The YV-25), had a considerably smaller Radar Cross Section, higher top speed, and a longer range than Merikan's prototype (The YM-40), though Merikan still won because of the YM-40's cost effectiveness, maneuverability, and multirole capabilities. After winning the production contract, Merikan significantly improved the design: changing the vertical stabilizers, removing the long avionics spine, adjusting the shape from a pure delta to a diamond-delta configuration, an most importantly, replacing the Tossa K-250 25mm 8 barrel rotary cannon with a Tossa T-65 high power short wavelength Laser weapon (This choice was made because of cost-effectiveness, range, accuracy [It's a laser, so it's gonna be accurate], and space constraints).
The aircraft entered service in 29th of July 2011, with a huge celebration across the skies of Rhistaka. It's first combat mission was in September of the same year, when one shot down 5 Takish TV-51's over the Ishkik sub-peninsula. All 5 of them were brought down, three with missiles, and two with the laser.
In 2012, the allies set off the Greenada liberation, and the first air raid consisted of 5 M-40s, which flew over Torops(a city in eastern Greenada), which was occupied by Tax at the time. They took out around 10 Anti Air Artilleries and Surface To Air Missile sites in total, and three of them were the TS-600, which even as an 90's made machine, was still unbelievably potent, though they still couldn't detect the Mambas. This has been used to signify their stealth capabilities.
One of the most notable uses of the M-40 was in Operation "pool cleaner" (a widescale operation in which the allies crippled the Takish navy). Where they served many purposes, all the way from air superiority, to anti ship warfare, and even electronic warfare. An example is Mamba 670-400, the 4th aircraft of the sharkfin carrier squadron of the RLNAF, which took down the Takish battlecruiser "the Whale of Pride" with six L-IR5Sh Anti ship missiles.
They also saw widescale combat in the attack on MoneyTown(Tax's capital), taking on literally any role that was needed. They also scored more than 200 total air to air kills during this invasion, giving them the absolutely insane air to air K.D. ratio of
Six hundred and thirteen to zero
OPERATORS

Kingdom of Los
The K.O.L. is the first, and most prominent user of the mamba, and it's home nation. It has over 1000 Mambas in service, is actively building more, and is planning to do so until the next multirole strike fighter is put into service, maybe the M-64.

The Azkhar State
They've been operating since 2012, and only have 300 or so in service.

The People's Republic of Anti Los
They have around 500 in service, and it's crucial to their strategy, as the Mamba is one of the very few aircraft that can operate in the harsh condition of the polar regions

Greenada
They operate around 600, and have been receiving new ones ever since their first M-40 in 2016.

@avDude4
Iindeed
@KorKaiorWhatever cool 🤙
@avDude4
Also
I might be bringing the SAVA B to KE
@KorKaiorWhatever aight
@avDude4
Yes
@KorKaiorWhatever ohh, I’m cooking up a high altitude stealth bomber, wanna.see?
@avDude4
Yeah
That's how I build (or at least built) planes
Also this thing was supposed to have TVC
yes i have the m40 now :D
@KorKaiorWhatever
No be genuinely honest, all your mamba has a secret maneuverability power or smt
@avDude4
They're just built like that ffr
@KorKaiorWhatever how do they all fly the same, is there a Gyro? What’s going on
this is kinda hard tho
@SimplyElegant
You know the RLAF
But not TheRLAF
It’s nice tho
Wings are rlly skinn tho
@KorKaiorWhatever have. I know most of the RLAF lore.
@SimplyElegant
there are 6 in total (2 old, 4 revamped)
I've made more M-38s and MJ-4s comparatively
You're an actual ignoramus
You don't even know the KorKaiorWhatever lore
You aren't aware of TheRLAF
AvDude has the right to complain about a lot of mambas, because he's seen all of them
But you
@TitanVector
Ok fair
But even that has the wing design
It's just how you get stealthy
@KorKaiorWhatever of course
Too many M-40’s
@KorKaiorWhatever Hmmmm...
Except Su-57
@TitanVector
Well
Every 5th gen looks like each other so y'know
Great Work!
Looks Like Some 5th Gen Fighters!
@LettuceRob119
Now I'm not saying it BC I made it
But this is better
@avDude4
Dude it literally has a vr cockpit
Along with pretty sweet guided bombs
Mom can we have a J-26?
No, we have a J-26 at home.
