Oh well thats weird. I see your profile pic (goat) on your profile page. Do you see it as well or can only visitors see your own profile pic in your profile page but the author/owner sees the gravatar power on symbol?
@jlewisifer
Yes ALL airplanes of mine that were created before 2010 will have manual prop pitch to make things realistic. If it's too hard for you to maintain manual control you can edit the prop yourself to set to auto.
@CRJ900Pilot
Yea I noticed that problem too. The P1D and the P1C with the float kits are the only aircraft of mine that suffer from an inverted flat spin that isn't really recoverable. Not 100% but maybe adding some dead weight in the cargo hold/tank (block between wing sets and directly in front of the cockpit) could keep it from doing that? The P1D and P1C, w/ float kits have one thing in common: Both are kinda nose heavy because of the floats on the P1C and because of the V8 engine/long nose on the P1D. There isn't much help for the spin issue. Or you could add a airframe parachute that you can deploy in the event of a spin. Wonderful aircraft but the spin is it's main flaw.
OMG THE NOSTALGIA IS FREAKING REAL!!!! As I kid I loved the show but as I got older and started turning towards real aviation, this show kinda looked a bit weird, like thomas the trian. You just brought Jay Jay to a whole new level of weirdness and down right CREEPYNESS!
@jlewisifer
Thank you! This is one of my first designs, which my style has definitely improved since my P1 Eagle Series. Now I'm on my second design, the P2 Dragonfly, which is a transport plane (cargo/passenger) and a bomber. I just can't believe this has gotten 40+ downloads! Thats the most I've ever gotten! I posted this plane long ago which didn't get as many downloads, but now I simply re-uploaded it under the WW1 Challenge name and it gets 40+ downloads! Thanks guys!
@Potkuri
I'll keep a good eye on this drone but currently I'm too busy for acquiring any new aircraft at the moment. Maybe in the future I may make an acquisition of the Spectre Drone for my navy and air force.
Also here is my fictional nation: nationstates.net/nation=pavelania
Freaking genius! This is a fantastic drone! This drone is perfect for short-range recon or a light ambush on a base. This is literally a flying artillery truck! My Air Force or Navy would kill to have a drone like this! Nice job! 👍
Wow. Fantastic job on this plane! For your second plane this is freaking fantastic. This plane deserves a lot more attention. For a plane powered by a non-afterburning turbofan, this is quite fast. Good job! My only complaint is that the nose wheel doesn't turn (enabled turning after I downloaded it for myself) and it's really sluggish at low speeds, but thats just the plane's design and there's not much you can correct there. I would give it a 9/10 but this is your 2nd design which I'm very impressed, so I give it a 10/10. 👍
@TheGabster64
Thanks! I actually never intended to have a view from behind the cockpit windows. I just made the cockpit part really small, and using fine tuner and overload I moved it inside and behind the glass so it looks like your flying from inside. Basically a crude cockpit.
@Stellarlabs
Ok great!. I'm not that down, I'm just saying my I've made much better quality planes than my P1A. It was great as one of my first birds, but compared to my newest planes, it's not my best.
I would LOVE to put my P2A Dragonfly in the challenge, but that was built post-1920. Not WWI. The P1A Eagle is my only WWI-era plane, which was also one of my first planes and isn't my best work. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Fun fact: Because of the P1B's much longer wooden prop, it is the loudest P1 Eagle variant because of it's long prop (prop tips go super sonic). This airplane is very loud much like the T-6 Texan and the Cessna 185 which both also are incredibly loud.
OH now I know why future tilt rotors like the V-280 wont have the engines completely tilting! That's because the exhaust from the engine tilting full vertical damages the runway surface. That's why they probably made the engine break in half for the prop to rotate vertically only!
After flying it, my review on this changed a bit. This plane is more of a bomber than a fighter. I do like the rear turret but it's near impossible to get a kill in the front unless you use the rocket pods. But nevetheless this is probably the best good looking plane you could fly after the apocolypse.

@DisferGoatz
You mean in my bio or my profile picture?
I added it to my bio to show the logo of my aircraft company. But I'd like it to show on my profile pic in my profile view as well.
See, it shows in comments but not on my profile.

Looks like I submitted the only fixed-wing airplane so far.
@AquaDynamixx
lol deplete the oxygen and starve the fires XD
@jamesPLANESii
And thanks for the spotlight as well!
@General360
Thank you so much General360 for the upvote! You guys are great!
I just submitted my entry, the P1C Firebird. Can be found in the successors tab of this challenge. Includes a working water scooper!!!
@jamesPLANESii
Thanks for the upvote jamesPLANESii!
@Potkuri
Exactly
Gains the attention of my nation's fire fighters
lol Nice addition
@TMR9001
Np! It's actually a pretty good bike.

@grantflys
Awesome job on this airliner! Bombardier and Embraer better watch out! ;D
Maybe PAC should get back into the airline business.

Thank you sofa2425 for the upvote!
Wow looks like my P2 Dragonfly has a real-world counterpart
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DeHavillandDragonfly
FYI yes I knew De Havilland built some passenger plane like this but couldn't remember the name to it. Guess it was Dragonfly!
@Liquidfox
Thank you Liquidfox!
The P1B's greatly improved flying performance is what made it an instant hit back in 1924.

Nice paint job! I also play FSX too! At first I had Standard, then just this year I switched to FSX Steam.

Thanks for the compliments! It all improved when I learned how to use the Overload and Fine Tuner mods to adjust parts.

@jojoheil Man did you get your facts wrong. Wright Flyer was in in the early days of aviation, not WWI.
Wow 40 downloads!? lol it's just a re-upload, nothing special except a pilot added (Test Dummy).
@Stellarlabs
Thank you!
This is actually a pretty cool boat. The boat looks freaking fantastic once your release the wings and tail. Nice job!
Looks pretty good. The cockpit windows look much like the DC-8/DC-9/MD-80/717
Also, despite it's slow speed, it's very easy to fly for it's size.
Because of it's fuselage, it was also nicknamed by many pilots and mechanics "the bus".
@TheNightmare811
NP!
@QingyuZhou
NP dude, keep up the good work!
