@HuskyDynamics01 Yeah but he meant "run more parts" performance, the physics updates get messy at low frame rates but that isn't really what he's talking about.
@ColonelCanada What if someone finds this thread for example? Since you deleted all your comments, all they'll see is two people replying to comments that don't exist. Is that really the better option? And what if the comment was something important? Like the answer to a question someone else might have in the future? You really shouldn't delete any comments unless you have a very good reason to do so.
@ColonelCanada Why, there's absolutely no reason to delete your comments like that, all it does is make it look like people are talking to a deleted account when they mention you.
Btw, a more accurate and shorter version of the engine code can be made with a PID controller, this worked pretty well on a test i made: PID(55, AltitudeAgl, 0.1, 0, 0.1)
Btw you can use game bar to record videos, it doesn't leave a watermark and the recording is smoother. To open it just press Windows key + G, or Windows key + R to start recording.
BogdanX had a different name for a while because he misspelled it when changing it back from Cleopatra (he changed it to that because he lost a bet apparently), the other guys just change their name to random things for fun, even i changed mine recently for a joke.
@X99STRIKER I just made one using the PitchAngle and RollAngle Funky Trees functions. A gyro could work but it doesn't give you as much control over how it should behave.
Step 1: Go into a plane's website page
Step 2: Copy the link to the page
Step 3: Open the game
Step 4: Go in the designer and press Ctrl + L
Step 5: Profit.
Husky's idea won't work out because the game stores planes as .xml files, not .splane files, the files you download are just renamed text files containing the unique 6 digit code from the plane's link, that's why they are only 6 bytes.
@IceCraftGaming I doubt it would be a very useful feature since it would have so many limitations, the performance impact would probably not be very high either since, as wnp mentioned, the game already combines the physics processing for certain parts so i don't really see the point of adding this.
You mean the 60? I guess engines just have a lot of physics calculations.
@Augusta81 Imagine making spelling mistakes, cou'nt be me.
+4Try this:
(Latitude > -79 & Longitude > -79 & Latitude < 621 & Longitude < 621)
It should output
True
if all conditions are met andFalse
if not.@idontknow8b Don't tag random people, only devs and mods should be tagged like this if necessary.
+3@HuskyDynamics01 Yeah but he meant "run more parts" performance, the physics updates get messy at low frame rates but that isn't really what he's talking about.
@ZeroWithSlashedO That's not how that works man.
Fps doesn't affect the performance like that, it just makes the game look smoother.
+3This is one problem consoles have, you can't easily backup your saves to avoid this.
Oh how far we've come.

@ColonelCanada For real tho, don't do that.

A 1:1 size and weight replica of a F-22A with every single detail replicated perfectly at an atomic level. A 50 part delta wing plane would also do.
+3@Toscio56 Is the server down?
*Not recommended for ant crushing.

@WilliamHenryHarrison Sure is...
@WilliamHenryHarrison
Hmmm...
Some mods still work on mobile afaik, mostly the ones that don't use any scripts.
@WilliamHenryHarrison @WilliamHenryHarlington schizophrenia moment
@ColonelCanada What happened to your comments?
consumes nutrition source

nice
But how does that affect the stock market?
+1Imagine being actually good at the game, couldn't be me.
+7BogdanX had a different name for a while because he misspelled it when changing it back from Cleopatra (he changed it to that because he lost a bet apparently), the other guys just change their name to random things for fun, even i changed mine recently for a joke.
+1@ZeroWithSlashedO Why the angry tone? He just asked a question.
+1@Panzerwaifu69 Apparently its from a series called Star Wars Resistance, i might watch that at some point, T btw.
+1@Panzerwaifu69 What is it?
@Panzerwaifu69 Isn't that vader's tie advanced? Why is it red?
Is that the variable wing mod?
@X99STRIKER I just made one using the

+2@X99STRIKER This website is strange, sometimes you get a comment in a forum within seconds of posting it and other times you get nothing for hours.

How did you do the wingtips? Seems pretty confusing.
Why would you need to apologize for this?
Hmmm...
+1To install mods (

files) just paste them into the "mods" folder after downloading them (located on the game's data folder, the one you found).Step 1: Go into a plane's website page

Step 4: Go in the designer and press Ctrl + L

@simpleman13 *you're *pronouncing *suggesting *grammar *purposeful
+1Not sure if you should be correcting other people's grammar lol
Open wings in overload, set
+2partType
to Wing-2.T
Here's a more detailed tutorial on how to do it
+1Post whatever you want, the point of a game is to have fun.
+7@CookieFlightSystems So the code worked fine before you changed it? Weird, did you change anything else other than the variable before the zeroes?
@IceCraftGaming I doubt it would be a very useful feature since it would have so many limitations, the performance impact would probably not be very high either since, as wnp mentioned, the game already combines the physics processing for certain parts so i don't really see the point of adding this.
+1Might be the code inside the double quotes, labels don't like mixed ft and text much.
