Well, the USDA defines the "average" banana length as being between 7 and 8 inches.
The website Banana For Scale gives slightly over 7 inches as equivalent to one banana, which means that one banana is (on average) approximately 0.178 meters.
@Brayden1981 Given that they have a total of two posts, and their most recent comment was 4.5 years ago, I would say that there is a very good chance they have left, yes.
@Aviator01 Unfortunately, I can't. As I said in the description, this is essentially a nose-to-tail remaster of a craft posted about six years ago, but that was then lost when the original creator deleted their account. Sadly I can't remember who the original creator was, but I am certain that as of 2019 the original craft was no longer available on the website, if not even before that.
@vekiveki8 Actually, I just realized there's an easier way to do it that does work with countermeasures. If you set a button to the "Launch Countermeasures" input option, and then add the following lines to the button's XML via Overload: interactionType : Toggle
The button will remain on when pressed, and the countermeasures will fire at a constant rate until you turn the button off again.
Not entirely sure how to do this sort of thing for a non-countermeasure thing, but this should work for flares or chaff.
@GabrielFangster70 There's no open beta for SP2... (at least not yet).
Dorian announced that SP1 got a very small update on the beta branch that basically added a button to take you to the SP2 store page and did a few other behind-the-scenes things, but SP2 itself is currently still in closed testing only.
Posts apparently getting removed from the website isn't something I'm knowledgeable enough about to comment on, but either way that isn't related to SP2 (or the SP1 beta).
Sounds like you're doing it right; not sure why it wouldn't be working. The successor system is based on the craft URL in the XML file (in non-technical terms, if you use the same cockpit part as what you downloaded, it should be a successor to that), so downloading it, making changes, and then uploading it should work fine.
You can always ping a site moderator in the comments and ask them to manually make it a successor if it doesn't work, though. Very helpful for challenge entries in particular.
Hey... If kids having fun in a game is upsetting you because they aren't doing it to your standards, then... maybe you should consider taking a break for a little bit. I'm not trying to be rude or dismissive, but this isn't something you should waste time getting frustrated about. Remember, the point of videogames is to have fun, and... well, not everyone is going to do that in the same way, y'know?
also as an engineering student I can confirm the motivation for taking too many credit hours is indeed "RAHHHHHH I WANT TO BUILD COOL STUFF" as well as a general "full send / we ball" attitude
I don't know if the Crackhammer spawned a wave of people trying to make it fly or if the universal instinctive response to the Jackhammer is just "but what if it flew?", but either way I'm here for it.
The moderators spend their free time dealing with reports of spam, problematic users, etc. and making sure that everyone is following the rules. As far as I know they are not paid or otherwise compensated.
@MrSilverWolf
Sea Plane: You play SimplePlanes to fly planes. Not for dogfighting, not for breaking the laws of physics, but just to soar. You're glad that amphibious aircraft finally got the representation they deserved with the Sea Plane remaster, and you've refused to touch the Simple version ever since. You also think fuselage slicing was the single greatest feature ever added to the game.
Always fun when people find out that site rules are actually enforced.
For the record, here's what they say regarding this:
"We are not going to moderate every curse word, but please try to keep it clean.'
And a little further down:
"No hate speech. You will be banned immediately."
@Rb2h You should be able to add a second flight computer and set its variable outputs to the variables you're using for other FT in the build. You might need to rename the variables to avoid conflicting with the default ones (which are now being used by the jammer cockpit) but everything should still work otherwise I believe.
Basically, if someone blocks you, move on and forget about it. It's their choice to block you for whatever reason they want, and since it doesn't affect you in any way whatsoever other than being unable to comment on any of their posts, there's no need to make an issue out of it. All that it means is that that person, for one reason or another, decided they didn't want to interact with you anymore. The person who blocked you doesn't need to explain anything, and you don't need to offer your own explanation or anything in response either.

Some image-sharing platforms seem to not get along very well with the SP website, but I don't know for certain which ones.
Note: You need at least 200 points before you can put images into descriptions or forum posts.
