That's awesome! I can see how 3d printing would be the future of rc aircraft. But I suppose if you want a larger aircraft for more stability then a larger printer would be required. And not everyone knows how to model in cad. But whats your wingspan on your ta-152? @Vincent
You'll 3d print an rc airplane? I didn't think plastic filament would be an efficient rc airplane material. It's not really that strong and I woule think it's relatively heavy, but idk. @Vincent
Going by Russian aircraft history, this looks very plasusible. The only exception that could go against this vehicle flying in real life is the placement of the engines, it looks like it could be nose heavy, although I don't know, maybe Papa Stalin filled the tail section with Tungsten Carbide.
You mean in real life? I know Flex Innovations had made one a little while ago, but just recently HorizonHobby released a 1.1 m varient that is absoulety gorgeous. I'm thinking of buying it as it's relatively inexpensive, and I have a small income every week, just need to figure out a place on my wall to put it. I already have the eFlite cherokee, which is easily one of the best rc planes I have ever flown. @Vincent
It's pretty difficult to do on most other aircraft with more complex wings. On this one, it was very easy to do, because the wing doesn't taper in thickness, so all I needed to do was to add fuselage pieces back at the according thickness. But if you look at other aircraft I have made, for example my mig-19, mig-21, etc etc. They utilize a triangle wing airfoil technique that's tricky to master on some aircraft, even for me, at times, I can't make an airfoil that satisfies me to this day. I'm not a great teacher so I'm not entirely sure how to show you, although, if you study one of my airfoils, and make simple airfoil tests, I'm sure you could start to understand it. @poenix
Haha that’s hilarious, where is FBO? And actually that’s a great build option, but really the only thing keeping me from making it is the lack of usable blueprints. I only found two on the web and they’re not of high quality. And rn I have a project in the works 😉 @MrSilverWolf
Only a couple issues with the build, the cockpit trim sticks to the moving piece of thr cockpit, just open and close your cockpit and you'll see what I mean, the aircraft physically can't takeoff with the floats deployed, the only way is to either retract the floats, accelerate and then takeoff, or just get up to speed with floats extended and then retract floats to get off the water. And I think the guns would be cooler with something other then yellow tracers but ehh. But easily the coolest part of this plane is the extendable/retractable floats. It is SO satisfying to watch the floats perfectly retract, well done!
Well I would begine with making sure things are as smooth as possible. So, the air inlets when they come back to the cockpit aren't super smooth, you can still see the edge face of the block. If you know what I mean, and the back of the cockpit needs to be the same height as the front of the fuselage that butts up against the back of the cockpit. To keep it looking smooth. And probably one of my last tips would be to keep your glass pieces all connected properly. So, when you go into the manual connections, make sure you click on only the forward arrows when connecting a piece to another piece in front of it, that way the "smoothed" option looks good. That may be a bit hard to understand. @MonsterAvgeek
So they don't make aluminum skinned ones? That seems like it would improve structural integrity. Although I suppose aluminum would be heavier. @MrSilverWolf
It probably won't, seems like they only review the planes that got 10 spotlights and 100 upvotes. For some reason my last few aircraft haven't really gotten many upvotes. Although I'm not too upset about it. I don't upload for points anyway. @KnightOfRen
Hmm thats interesting, I actually really like the tri-pacer. I think it's adorable and looks like fun to fly. But yeah it's interesting to hear that it wouldn't be much worse then a 150. I'll have to tell my dad about this. Now I'm assuming the tri-pacers and colts have an ignition in the cockpit right? You don't have to hand start the prop? @MrSilverWolf
I don't think my dad would buy a tri pacer or a colt. I think if he did buy something for us to train in, it would be a C150 because it would feel more like a plane. The tri pacer is so small and light I think it would be kicked around even easier then a 150. Not sure though. @MrSilverWolf

I actually prefer mobile building to pc. And I'm on my iPad, not a phone. @lulupuchi
That's actually incredible, the surface is much smoother then I would've expected, as far as structural integrity goes though, is it decent? @Vincent
I cancelled the release, not planning on uploading it anymore. @JuanNotAnAlt
Yep! @Bife

Just remove like 50% of your weight and it should work fine, and then remove sideways and forward traction on main wheels and front wheels. @Shippy456
Sure why not @TheDesignate
Thanks! @MonsterAvgeek
I'm on mobile so no mods for me @lulupuchi
But there are gas pumps at conventional airfields? I need to look this up lmao @MrSilverWolf
Now just to make things clear FBO is an airfield right? @MrSilverWolf
Thanks! @MAHADI
Thank you! @Trainzo

Yeah ik me and my dad walked through the north 40 and the LSA section and they're easily my favorite aircraft of that category. @WolfSpark
I dont thank everyone who upvotes bro 😂 @JuanNotAnAlt
Why is the pilot off center? 🤦🏻♂️
Uhhh what? @JuanNotAnAlt
Thanks Ren! @KnightOfRen
Thank you! @BagelPlane
Thanks man! @BSKPlays2009
No problem! @RamboJutter

Yes good ma'm @ACEPILOT109
Dang that's awesome!

Pretty sure you just made a pa-48 enforcer 😳 cool plane though!
Great plane! This has really got me wanting to make a skyhawk now!
Thank you! @F1boss2018
Quality high? I think it's rather bla at this point. But when I first made it I was pretty proud of it. @F1boss2018
I didn't even think about it but yeah I can totally see that! @RamboJutter
Thanks! @Thunderhawk
Nah man this ain't ever gonna be released lol @DasSchweizeHeliPilot
Cool @ValentinGarciaMarquez
Hmm hes I have no idea who made this, but, I got a notification that you uploaded this🤔
Huh, I thought I did that. But thanks for the advice! @MAHADI
Ohh yeah duh lol @KnightOfRen
Thanks man! I'll be sure to keep it up! @Neenyboy
Thanks! @Neenyboy
Well Bogdan won't judge the planes by number of upvotes. @KnightOfRen
