It comes with auto laser turret just like the one in Ace Combat where you fighting Pixy 1 on 1.
Some quick suggestion, play around with "corner type = manual" of the fuselage block, the canopy and the razorback behind will look much better if you change the top part to "circular" and bottom part to "hard".

You need to clarify how over the top the build can be, otherwise the challenge will be seen as unfair at best because of how "over the top" it based on you only while it should based on rules the everyone know and agree upon.

What you mean by "can't control"?
You still need a "Real wing" inside the fuselage wing.
How I done it is I build "fake" wing first and build a "real" one on top of the fake one just about the same size of the fake one and then adjust the performance as needed after that I move the real one down to be inside the fake one.
I'd say the Sabre had the speed advantage and they can choose whether to engage or not but if they lose too much speed they will become sluggish and get clubbed my the MiG which has lower wing loading and higher thrust/weight.
The MiG can climb way higher that the Sabre too but the MiG need to force Sabre to turn-fight with them otherwise Sabre can just out run the MiG.
So... for me the MiG plays defensive role a lot.
And Sabre have to attack without losing too much speed or it will be their last.

And my ultimate goal is to have multiple airborne turret that shoot at the same target so parallax correction is the way.
I'm a kind of people that create problem for themselves just to solve it for fun.

Please add more rules about xml modded guns and funky-tree, are those two allow?
I suggest allow Funky-tree but not xml modded weapons because FT will get fancy aim assist at most but xml modded weapons will be op and can instantly kill an enemy as soon as you start the match.

And the big problem is parallax, that's why I don't make turret in that configuration, not until I figure it out how to deal with the parallax on all axis.

The original solve this issue by limiting the pitch power and have a switch to add more pitch power if needed.
You should ask the original creator if you have no idea how to modify their craft.

The elevator is too powerful, you can stall your plane just by pitching up.
In this case the plane do stall but not flipping out of control.
There are 2 possibilities.
1. You pull up too much and cause the wings to stall, this game make the wing reverse control when stall.
2. The roll control is inverted from the beginning.
I tried something similar on my plane twice, and the fps drop significantly due to so many moving parts lol.
I'm not gonna do that kind of thrust vectoring again.

Ship + torpedo turrets : 100% parts

Or the wings is too small.
