Alternatively I think you can give the engineers a base aircraft and let them tweak the base aircraft to some extent.

Or make an infinite bomb dropping plane.

Clearly you incorporated many building technique from previous Pixy's planes in "Ace Combat" tag which is nice.
I suggest you to not follow those technique blindly, some technique works only with a certain build.
But I have to say that the model was nice albeit too big.
Also, CoM is too low relative to thrust so it will always violently pitch down.
