Many people make Russian craft, though Russia is basically playing a discounted Nazi Germany at present (this is a different issue than people treating Russian/Soviet symbology as interchangeable, which is it absolutely not nor should be). Is including a Russian flag too far? Maybe, maybe not.
There's also the issue that different cultures take offense to different things. Some countries are absolutely rabid about communist imagery. Someone in a western country may not give two about whatever the heck goes on in the Balkans, while someone actually living there could, possibly, have very strong opinions about the state of affairs and/or history.
It could be something you did, something you said, or it could be a site glitch. It can happen.
That being said, talking about this stuff is, quite frankly, dangerous. Even with the possibility that it's just a glitch you're not supposed to say a word about blocks, ever. They're essentially a forbidden topic.
