Side note: I’m anxious, and excited at the same time, but I’m more anxious than excited because I didn’t expect y’all to tell me that it would come out after the PC version.
In fact thinking about it a little makes me anxious, but honestly its my fault and people are gonna be mad at me just for doing this.
@crazyplaness if you clicked on the text that said “may, 31 2025” it will bring you to this page, not many people know this but this is secretly a challenge work you’ll make an entry of something based off of your username. And I don’t know when this challenge is gonna end so yeah you might be the first one to download something here.
make it and post it and I’ll see how unholy your s* will be
An open beta just came out, or is close to coming out, seems things aren’t working so well
Edit: things are not working so well, if this keeps up then it might as well just release around fall 2025 (I’m saying it might, I’m not saying that it will),
SimplePlanes two could be releasing for pc and Mac around late Summer to mid late Autumn 2025, with mobile releasing around January or February 2026, with the earliest (for mobile) being around late December 2025
(How do I know all of this: I am doing business class and I also know the playbook around how game companies release their games, which is mostly around the Black Friday and early Christmas season so yeah
there is an open source project called ruffle, made with the main purpose of keeping flash games alive in the present year. During the early 2020s, 1 or 2 years after the end of adobe flash, with the goal being to keep Adobe Flash legacy alive. And as of now, it’s doing a great job. It was able to play only certain flash games that ran on certain SWF (Shockwave) files. But as of now it can run on almost every (edit: well, not every but, Most) SWF Files.
Edit: there are a bunch of others too, not just ruffle, such as flashpoint, and even Newgrounds is getting their hands on these
I used to play, Raft Wars and Duck life, back then.
Context: there is a company named Ruffle; which was made with the main goal of keeping Adobe flash content alive. 1-2 years after Adobe flash was killed, this company named ruffle was made with the ability to run SWF files online using emulators. You get what I mean, I’m not a pro at this stuff, I don’t code. But because of this creation; people (including me, who actually played flash games back then) were able to play flash games as of 2025, with this thing.
I came across this accidentally, and I don’t regret it. I used to play flash games like Raft wars (a game where this baby and his brother find a crap ton of diamonds and gold; and have to fight pirates, street thugs, their neighbors and later their parents, to keep the gold), Duck life (A game where you trained a duck to be a racer), Happy wheels (that one game that was played by multiple YouTubers in 2013. Which would later be converted to JavaScript in 2021). Those games (mainly raft wars and duck life) were the ones that played back in 2014 or 15 i believe. I would only get into Adobe flash later on in 2017 and into quarantine during 2020.
@LowQualityRepublic is that a good thing?
I know my math, but I’m not smart enough to predict what is gonna happen in the near future
@YarisHatchback Ik, in fact I already wrote that up there, hopefully it’ll be worth the wait.
@YarisHatchback I already asked them and all they said is that they’re planning for 2026.
Side note: I’m anxious, and excited at the same time, but I’m more anxious than excited because I didn’t expect y’all to tell me that it would come out after the PC version.

Edit: the link to this image will explain better
@SupremeDorian major Chad is the results of Mr. incredible and Buzz Lightyear having a baby
@SupremeDorian dammit. What about the aircraft with the block fuselage and the removed parts and the old cockpit
Edit: any news yet for mobile players
Question: for all of the aircraft with the old sp1 wings exposed. What will happen with those?, will it change @WNP78
P.S. any news regarding development for mobile
@THEOKPILOT build it to find out
It would be more fun this way, buddy, besides.

@BMilan what about those with the deleted parts?
Basically, I’m just saying, what do you guys think about the new open beta?
It’s the aircraft made using blocks.

@HuskyDynamics01
Edit: nevermind, forget it.
People of interest (who may or may not have been affected, by the new Beta)
@UNIVERSALAIRLINES
@Graingy the guy who comments on every single one of my posts
@NTH
@V?
Sorry for the @, but I have one thing to say as a mobile player I’m afraid.
As a mobile player, @SupremeDorian I’m afraid

@WritersCrusadersAirCo2 I thought you were dead
@SupremeDorian imagine if they rename Simple Planes 2
the only people that’s gonna be left in the first game or just mobile players
Type M for those who are mainly mobile players
@F16xl you’re lucky you play on Mac
@Graingy @SupremeDorian
I hope any other players can come and stay with me on sp1, sounds dumb, but for the greater good, they’ll be helping somebody. 😰😰
@SupremeDorian thx bro, I hope im not alone in the first game
@AndrewGarrison have you already started working on SimplePlanes 2 mobile?.
@SupremeDorian I’m saying if they started working on mobile by now
As for now, mobile players. Are gonna have to keep at it here. I don’t wanna be alone, in the first game tbh
Posted April 24 2025.
Edit: my prediction for the mobile release is only IF they already started development for the mobile port, IDK if the did already but we must see.
Edit: the earliest of it all could be in like may of this year:
@IFVuser update (April 16 2025, playtest came out)
@Potato21
Note: the iceberg here goes from most known to least known btw
@IFVuser
