@Freerider2142 looking into the guy more, it seems we both draw on similar inspirations. Those being interwar/ww2 aviation and naval architecture of that same era.
I would change a lot of things on this build. These proposed changes include:
The "skirt" around the front and back of the balloon can be reduced down to a single part, this being a large hollow fuselage fliped vertically
The tail should be a little longer, and it could definitely use some better blending into the rest of the balloon
Put a light glossy gray coat of paint on it, its visually very drab and boring at the moment.
And finally we get to the gondolas, these need a lot of work done to them.
Both upper gondolas need to be a little closer to the rounder lower gondolas.
And the rear gondolas need to be about half their current size.

You see, we generate power off of energy gradients, with a few magnets that gradient isnt there and thus we cant get energy from it, and to get this to work you would need to spend some energy to make a gradient, and that little bit of input energy will always be a little more than whats being output. Thats why that idea doesnt work.
How about emerald instead of diamond, because you know... the devs are already blue.

@AWESOMENESS360 but my version doesnt have an absurdly large amount of bombs for obvious reasons.

Why not just add a small prop thats put on an unused action group such as number 7 to get the desired sounds?
Or if you dont have a spare action group then you could just have a prop with a fixxed neutral pitch thats xml modded to have very little power.
